Few suggestions to think about: MF DOOM - Doomsday, Rhymes Like Dimes DJ Quik - Let You Havit, Get at Me Ice Cube - No Vaseline, Steady Mobbin' I know these songs don't have beats that are THAT complicated, but I think it'd still be entertaining to see you take a crack at them sometime.
