My wife, is in a stage 4 kidney rejection from a transplant so she was getting ready for a new transplant until they found the breast cancer. Great interview! Yep, colon cancer is one of the more preventable cancers, I've learned....both my dad and brother died of it....both had been smokers too which doesn't help but it is a dietary disease....I went plant-based in 2012 when my brother died of it....never made it out of the hospital after his colon surgery. At 65, I feel SO awesome ...great energy , no aches/pains/meds! Great way to live!

@SuzyQ2022 Жыл бұрын
So true JenM! Many years ago I heard a doctor say, "If you are angry with someone, they own a part of you." That has been imbedded into my mind as a constant reminder to let go, give it to God and move on. Sometimes it's hard to do, but it is in your best interest to do so. Anger is POISON to the body, the heart and the soul!

Just a great testimony to the plant based lifestyle! I truly believe it is part of a healing protocol however it is equally important simultaneously to address the emotional and spiritual aspect. We all have traumas we deal with, if not addressed it will still fester as disease in the body. I also feel it should be mentioned in this interview that the fat intake should be extremely low if one is in the midst of disease healing. Once healed the body can then handle an increase of fat ( oils,nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut meat). Otherwise impressive interview.
