Chris’s book is one of most amazing books for us all, no matter what state of health we are in. I believe this to be one of the best researched ever. As well, the information is accessible to us. One of my most valuable books - despite fact I do not have cancer. Figure if I use this information I will not likely get cancer - or any other disease.

Read his book in Jan 2019 after my dx stage2B IDC and had surgery only with 1 lymph node positive with cancer and 1mm margins in several area's which means I Didn't have Clear margins after my lumpectomy June 2019...I did change Everything in my Lifestyle as well and read Many more book's like Radical Remission by Kelly A Turner PhD, Eat to Beat Disease by Dr William Li MD, Surving Mesothelioma by Paul Kraus who BTW was dx stage 4 Mesothelioma at age 52 in 1997 & given less than an a yr as prognosis & he decided Not to do chemotherapy or other conventional treatments for cancer but his book is very similar as Chris's in that he changed his Lifestyle Completely and he is still Alive more than 25 years later with his cancer under control and not growing!!!! I have been eating everything they advise to prevent cáncer and my way of life is exactly what I read in all cáncer prevention and it also lines up with what one should eat and do If one has cáncer. Be careful cancer victums,,I tried this route,,and unless you get it cut out and have some form of chemo,,you could wind up very badly. Cancer needs machine guns,,not vegtables,,not dog dewormer,,listen to your onchologist please. Mine went to stage 4 very quickly.

Surgery is the standard procedure and the conventional answer to curing it. So it was Chris’s surgery that beat cancer. I know many that have also had successful surgery’s and remain cancer free years later. I wonder how he would have been if he’d only stuck with the alternative.

I wish that people like this showed their before and after X-Rays. I have Stage IV. He had Stage 3, and he had surgery, probably to remove a tumor or whatever. Stage 3 is better than Stage IV. Stage IV, is metastatic, it has probably spread to other parts of the body and it’s “incurable”. That’s where I was when I was diagnosed in 2017. Forgoing chemo is very dangerous for many of us. I stopped it for 4 months and the second tumor that was on my chest bone…fractured my chest bone. My bones were too weak. No organic, juicing, exercising, meditation, and so on, could help me. So, giving people hope, you have to be very careful in doing so, that’s a huge responsibility.

He didn't have a good feeling about it in his situation. He has clearly said he is not anti-chemo or anti-radiation, etc. He makes it clear for people to discuss options with their doctor/specialist. As well as, getting proper tests done. If you have listened to his other videos then you would know these facts. Respectfully, I have seen your other posts. Why do you feel Chris is a scam artist and that what he shares is quackery? I am sincerely curious. Chris has never once said to stop any treatments. He is simply sharing his experience and what he did with other people. If it doesn't speak to you, why listen to these videos? What Chris shares is common sense. I tell people that if I got cancer, I would probably follow the Wark way. I've been following Chris for a long time and have his beautiful book. I'm so glad you brought up the forgiveness part, so important to prevent chronic disease, rather than wait years to apologize. Saying "I'm sorry" is more powerful than saying "I love you."
