at your age you should try ALL the events! Never know what you will end up being best at. I began my career as a 5K runner and ended up being an 800m specialist!

I second @Nick Symmonds on this one. Try as many events as you can. I started out doing the 200, then shifted to the 400, and finally ended up being a 110 hurdles specialist. Throughout my freshman and sophomore years, I did every track event and every field event except pole vault (my school didn't have it). You'll never know what you're good at if you don't try!

I’ve been watching this channel for probably over a year now. Me, being a sporty person who enjoys track-styled fitness, these events would be right down my alley. I go for long distance runs, roughly 7km each time and i aim to go at least once every 3 days. On top of that, I enjoy sprint training, working out with friends and sports games which is a big boost to my fitness. Unfortunately, i live too far away to even almost think about going to one of these events (I live in Australia), simply watching these videos makes me feel like I’m participating. It encourages me to never stop my fitness endeavours in the event I did come across anything like what you do in your videos. Thanks for your time reading this, have a great day!
