The thing I appreciate the most is Nick's humility. 19mph is not a good top speed for him, but he doesn't care, that's what he could do that day and he sticks to it, no cheating. Ultimately, his goal is to promote physical activity (and his KZbin channel of course but that's true for every KZbinr), and winning or loosing isn't important. 😎

well he gained angular speed as his head went toward the ground.. So the 23 might have been his head speed. Think of the tips of a helicopter rotor , theyre moving way faster than the center.

Nick I'd love to see you come to Columbia Missouri, the Gans Creek Cross Country Course here is open to the public usually (might want to give them a call just to make sure it is) and it is the home Cross Country course for the University of Missouri, and it even hosted the SEC Championships last year. I think that'd be a really cool video to have a 5k race there!
