I've thought this but... it wouldn't work. Most metal isn't melodic enough to work with rhythm games. This only works because it is a pop song cover in a metal style. I mean, what are you going to follow with the blocks? The double bass going at a million BPM? Or the screams that have no good defined beginning and ending? Epic metal may work due to the often clear vocals. I love metal, it's just not great in a rhythm game setting.
