Finding the SongRequestManager file was way harder than it should. That link you gave takes me to the right channel and post then instantly pulls you to the most recent making you have to manually find it (I found it by the date in this video). Other than that great video you helped me out a bunch :D Also isn't it a very bad idea to publicly show your Twitch Oauth token? You might wanna generate a new one to use

hmm interesting I just clicked on the link in my description and it just put me directly on that post and not anywhere else so idk why in your case it then pulls you to the most recent one and having to manually find it. From here on out I will put the github links so it is more direct :) though depending on the mod and modder that's always subject to change. Also, I wanted people to know how to do a general search of the mods they want in the case that a link is outdated/removed or change in author. I wish there was a more automatic way, hence why mod assistant was created, but not every single mod can be added into it due to the design/code, availability of them (steam/oculus), and other reasons. In the end, as I continue to do more videos I will try my best to find easier ways of getting to them with what is presented. I don't use twitch at all besides testing out streaming mods for beatsaber so doesn't really matter to me haha. If the person doesn't know the password to your twitch channel then no problems hence before getting the token you had to sign in. But thanks for asking :D and I'm glad you found this video helpful!

Does this work on oculus quest 2??

Not entirely. You would need an oculus link cable, beat saber bought on either steam or oculus store and not on the quest store. Then you would be able to download mod assistant and get the mods. It’s a few extra steps and paying a bit more but it happens when the vr headset isn’t a wired one. Hence why oculus link cable will make it into a wired headset.

When you said typed you mean you went to bsaber.com, songs section, clicked on the twitch icon below the song to copy it, and then pasted it into your twitch chat instead of typing it out right?

i am unable to connect my twitch username to the song core settings. i keep getting a "localhost refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" message. everytime i hit the save button i get this error message. what am i doing wrong?

I think i got it hooked up right, when i opened beatsaber it took me too the website too add my channel and stuff. i dont have my oculus rift s yet so would that be the reason why when i put a song request in the queue it doesnt send the second message?

Wait so you are doing this without your headset since your waiting for it to come in? Makes it harder since you can’t see what is happenings in-game. You need your headset to see the song request in-game after you or someone else sends the song request link via twitch. So once you get your headset you can confirm it
