This product is excellent! I bought one for my mom too, and she loves it. It has helped alleviate her excessive sweating symptoms. My friends are also very interested in AICE LITE, and I have already recommended it to them!

Great review but I am debating with this and the bigger AICE 3 - what are the differences apart from longer battery? any thoughts on choosing the bigger version over this?

I haven't used the AICE 3. It does seem to be bigger and have added functionality - but I don't think I'd use those functions - like speakers. i already have airpods I would use, or my ChatGPT glasses with built in speakers. Personally, the smaller AICE Lite is more appealing - just does one job, and it does it pretty well.

Great idea to cool off. The cooling plates need to get MUCH colder in order for this product to make ANY difference. I will be returning mine ASAP!!

What neck size does it fit? How big is your neck for reference? Is it a comfortable fit?

I guess I'm about a 17.5 collar size. Pretty average. It's a comfortable fit, yes. Very easy. It flexes at the back hinge enough for you to slip off on and on comfortably. Hope that helps.
