I don't comment on videos too much. But I found you through your video with Magnus Mitbo and have really loved watching your own vids. You are super respectable, humble, and encouraging to everyone you arm wrestle. Sure, you are out there to show your strength, but it's obvious that you make a point to give everyone the opportunity to show their own strength as well. Great videos ET

"bring your left shoulder forward" is basically how he says ok nice work I'm gonna end it now and I don't want you to get hurt
@natejames3299 Жыл бұрын
True! However what he means when he says that is: "I don't wanna break your arm or throw a pec muscle now while I beat you." If it was professional he wouldn't say such things. The reason they say to watch your hands is because if you're just blindly throwing, you have a tendency to use all your muscles regardless of position which leads to injury. If you're looking at your arm you still have a fundamental awareness of how your arm functions and its weaknesses - at least more so than blindly chimpanzee'ing it which is what people do out of desperation when losing.

@tsou7559 Жыл бұрын
It’s because it gets them back in a position that is safer for them… when you turn your head away, and pull your left shoulder back, it puts a lot of torque on you humerus bone (which is the most common way people break their arm when armwrestling)
