I've been following MB14 for years. His story is a real shame... He's one of the most musical loopstationers in the beatbox community, but the largest beatbox organization (Swiss Beatbox) started owning and copywriting all content of individual artists, screwing talented musicians out of 10s and even 100s of thousands of dollars (cumulative millions of dollars). In addition to that, they then didn't own their own creative content. I'm glad MB14 was able to break free. He was runner up of France's "The Voice", now got the gold buzzer in BGT... a true showcase and recognition for his talent.

I have probably watched this video about a hundred times and not once could I not stop smiling and being happy about his performance. The charisma he showed on stage playing his music was incredible. It wasn't a robotic performance at all by any means and every single bit of the act was him being pure of heart and true to his passion and to himself. That is why the audience loved him and rooted for him. It wasn't the judges' golden buzzer. It wasn't Ant and Dec's either. It was the audience's and that will win you anywhere and everywhere. MB14 has been working hard for almost 10 years and earned his place on a bigger stage. Swissbeatbox is international, but the audience is (sadly) niche. (4.75 M subscribers) He's well known in France, but even The Voice France has 3.11 M subscribers. 3 days after posting, this video has 3.3M views, and counting. He isn't "unknown" but wasn't known outside of these audiences. I don't know or care if he was "scouted" - and I hope the "it's fixed!" press drives traffic to his amazing videos, to beatboxing in general, and to his music sales.

Are you alright, no lip sinking here! MB-14 is DEFINITELY AUTHENTIC! One of the best yet to create such an amazing combination of vocal sounds & able to put them together in a Masterpiece! You need to look at the video More closely. This is Talent like you have never seen before. Okay he has a mixer, but the true talent is, how to mix it in rythem and in the proper sequence. This is music talent. Please don't be quick to judge until you have actually see studied the performance. A true musician can really hear the music and it's composition and style. So if you really don't know how music is actually put together, then you shouldn't be degrading, someone else's natural talent to come up with something like this. I dare you to do better? Be on that stage & actually see what it's like to perform in front of so many people & that's not including nation wide. MB-14 IS ALL ORIGINAL AND REAL. 👍😁

Amazing talent. Not just a beatboxer, but he has a phenomenal voice, can sing, can rap, can DJ, can compose music, all that with a looper. I am just learning all these things because of him. And he is so humble. Better than other beatboxers I can find on the internet even those who seem more successful. This guy is an artist, so humble and so handsome. I really hope he can become an international star. If a DJ can be so successful, an artist like him who is way more should succeed even more. I hope he can bring some singing into his next act.

The machine he uses has multiple kinds of effects you can put on your voice to make it sound very electronic if you want to. But from the sounds of it as someone who consumes beatbox looping content very frequently this sounded like all he added in places was a little bit of reverb keeping it pure. Which if you find other MB14 content is very much in line with his style, in MB14 vs Saro for example you can see the two styles contrast very well. So he could have gone crazy and masked his voice, he just chose purity instead intentionally.
