Heart jar could actually be useful here i think. Use satanic bible twice then store every red heart on the floor(2 to be exact), get the cartridge. Maybe it activates on the last extra red heart from the jar. I'll try that myself

I'm not sure, but I believe if you take damage before using black bible (having 0.5 soul heart) this half will turn into black. So you could get 2.5 black hearts

not all mods need to be off neither do you need to be on the deadgod file, at least for the first floor, as long as you start with the jar and have experimental treatment as a starting item, you should be fine (challenge-wise)

It's kinda weird, I tried the same seed under the same circumstances but in my library there was a Necromolicon and 2 cards, The Emperor and The Empress which makes it much more bareable to kill Rag mega and his healing, weird.

Did you play on normal mode on Rebirth with dead god? Theres a bunch of random achivements you actually need to get this same exact seed, else it will be similar, but with other items/differant boss or non champion.

I have idea how to beat this seed without satanic bible by cartridge: you must to take golden cartridge and take more hits on the boss by the jar, if it doesn't working try to use satanic bible + the jar for hearts
