Very nice first completion time! One small (but life-saving) tip for the end fight: Please don't look at eye-level EVER in the end or else you might accidentally look at an enderman. (10:52 but you got lucky this time lol...) Instead look slightly up or down at all times, especially when running in. Keep up the great work, I'm looking forward to seeing your improvement!

Very impressive first pb! some small tips: - in 99% precent of the runs you'll need to logs, when looting a black smith you should get the two logs infront of the chest (right of the lava) it wiill save a few seconds. - 3:20 it's actually possible, to run and jump while cruling, you have to sprint before getting in the boat and iit will let you get alot more disstence faster. - Instead of mining most the gold blocks and then starting to trade, try to take one or two blocks, start trading, and grab the rest so you save yourself some time waiting for the trades :) - 10:00 another option is too use your water, also gives you string.

Water will be able to break the string faster than a sword, all you have to do is put water above the string and then quickly pick it up after it broke the string. As you did in this speedrun, you can craft the string from the library for beds.

Usually, just as a small tip, you shouldn’t have a stack of wood each time because most of that wood people don’t even use. A good amount is around like 36 for beginners. Even if you don’t have enough for all of your beds and don’t feel comfortable with oneclying with the amount of beds you have, you can always grab wood at first portal or the stronghold

If you want even more blocks you could keep the nether bricks to make more blocks that are fairly blast resistant

Sorry I couldn't comment earlier on this massive brake through also on this great run you only had 14 pearl's but got 8 rods 8x2=16 you should have only gotten 7 but gg on this run also when you where finding the stronghold you should have minned on 4 5 or 5 4 not 4 4 cause you could fall in lava or just die from fall damage but You've improved a lot. Something I noticed in the speedrun is that when you where confused on where to go you should've looked at your Y hight and if you did you would have noticed you where at 80y the average middle y hight in the nether is like 40 so you probably could have just dug down also please take a crossbow and arrows from the bastion chests to shoot down the end crystals it makes the dragon perch quicker

There are 2 things you need to do to drastically improve your speedrunning skills: 1. Learn more strats. there are a lot of strats that seem complicated at first but when you try them they are actually pretty easy, like mapless bt, zero cycle and ninjabrain bot, etc. Learning new strats can never hurt you and you can even have fun doing it. 2. Play ranked. Playing ranked is the best thing to do if you want to be more consistent and people in mid ranks are pretty much at your current level of speedrunning.
