The voice being more confident later on is such a common theme for channels, it's basically a trope at this point.

Not gonna lie, I’m pretty sure a lot of those views from the past few months were me as I was falling asleep because that kind of format is soothing to me. Can’t explain why. 😂 But I’d also like to say that this series is absolutely amazing. I get excited when a new one pops up in my Notifications. This one is no different. ❤

Another KZbinr/Streamer I follow said when they first heard people used their content to fall asleep it offended them a bit but as time went on they realized it was actually a huge compliment because a lot of people use content they love as a sleeping aid so it actually meant people were really digging their stuff.

13:20 The funniest part is that those people were literally doing a *blind* playthrough of the game, but when you have a guide, it should point out every available item, even if it *isn't* plot-critical. It definitely should have mentioned to pick up Flash (though maybe they thought having a map of the cave in the guide would be good enough... lol)

I would absolutely be down for Enter the Dragonfly. That game was the bane of my tiny existence as a child, haven't ever gone back, so I'd personally love to see a video from you covering it. Can't say it'd be financially successful, but I'd certainly watch it.

5:10 Yeah, not gonna name names, but I have seen that a few times- either in the title, or in intro they're all like "I'm/We're the first people to do this completely original idea", when a quick KZbin search shows that they're not at all the first people to do it. Even if they take an idea, and kinda tweak just it a bit, I still feel it's a bit misleading to act like it's your own completely 100% original idea. So I do appreciate you acknowledging where you got the idea from, and that someone else did it first- even if you're the first one to do it with Pokemon.

Your Intended videos have become some of my favourite content on youtube as a whole, not even just your channel. Nice voice, interesting and fun concept, pokemon related, some fun comedy here and there, just great and super bingeable. I'm kind of sad you've covered all the main games/guides now, but still excited for more content from your channel regardless.

I admit I would love to see Spyro Enter the Dragonfly, mostly because it's known for its game-breaking bugs. There is a glitch that usually ensures you can't make past one of the levels midgame. It would be interesting to see someone try to make the end. Either way, wonderful videos and Happy Anniversary!

The t-shirt could look like the text box where it says Fight, Bag, Pokemon, Run but all the options are Hammer Away because we always Hammer Away. Then if you want there can be text above it that says "Always Hammer Away" or something like that. Pretty sure without the word Pokemon on there it would be legally distinct enough to not cause any issues.

I've been watching since the first Nintendo Intended video and it has been a fantastic journey so far! So many in-jokes that were adopted along the way. Hammer away is a classic! The OG is one of those videos I've rewatch so much in such a short timespan that it kinda ruined my ability to enjoy it. 😅 My brain is now hard-wired to subconciously expect everything that happens in the video, even if I can't recall it off the top of my head, so I'm not as caught off guard by the jokes and turns of events as I used to. Still, I'd say that's a sign of a high quality. The video was so good, I wanted to watch it over and over. Thank you, Papasea. 😊 _(relatedly, would it be correct to rephrase your name as Father of the Ocean 🤔 Because "Papa Sea")_

I only discovered this video series quite recently, but I'm enjoying these "Beating Pokemon How Nintendo Intended" so much! Have you considered a How Nintendo intended of spin-off titles like Pokemon Conquest or Pokemon Trading Card Game (for Gameboy Color)? I don't know if they had any guides though, but it might be worth checking out. You have even inspired me to do my own playthroughs as Nintendo intended (not for KZbin or other video site, just for myself as a hobbyist). I'm sure I would discover new things and use Pokemon I would otherwise opt away. Pokemon is one of my fave franchises, but I would def watch a Spyro video. Beyblade too probably. (And Fantasy Life, Dragon Quest, Rune Factory, and Shin Megami Tensei). But I kinda hope the focus won't change from Pokemon on the channel.

I don't know how I didn't notice this the first time I saw your how Nintendo intended video, but I'm sure that the guide writer never played this game, but only played the original rby. Only in the original rby do you get ice beam from the rooftop girl, and only in rby are the rockets all optional in the game corner because of the pokedoll glitch in lavender town. The rivals added team members because of lack of good moves on his fire/grass types in rby, and the original games you have to "Hammer away" because theres less strategy than in the remakes. For a shirt design, the options you put in the video. A. B. C.hammee away, with the a/b options in red and c.hammer away in green or circled.

6:26 I've literally never seen the video until this day. And I've never played a Pokemon game other than Detective Pikachu (though I've watched too many gameplay videos on it). But noticed the quote doesn't say anything about being "super effective," or that Psychic is weak against them. It just says these types are the strongest against Psychic. You could have one type that is the absolute best, and two types that are still better than the rest. It seems weird for the guide to get that idea from nowhere. So they had to get the idea that those other types were good against Psychic somehow. Hypothesizing about why they believe that seems fair game to me.
