Not saying that I missed that you could pull patterns out of this thing or anything, but.... ok I am saying that. Mind blown. So glad I watched this. :D

I bought the bundle recently on sale. It’s pretty good 🎉 Perhaps underrated and more flexible than I realized at first.

Nice! 🙏🏼 It's definitely packed with flexibility once you dive in - happy to see it's working well for you. Thanks for giving it a shot, and hope it continues to surprise you! 🥁 🎧

I have several of these, Rico and Cozy are my favorites. They also work great as sound modules. Using individual outs and your own or library grooves from pick-your-authentic-drums program work really well for commercial projects. Unlike several companies who make auto-instruments that seem to go out of their way to not sound like "the real deal" there is very little in these little guys that's not straight up add chords and blow. Plus backing down the tempo into chill and cafe territory gives you some real Amapiano/Old Skool Acid Jazz backs that are right there. Humanize, swing, groove them up and spend more time making them sound right than beating on your controller. Solid, almost stupid drums are the backbone of the passive listening pop music culture. Why stress when its in the box?

Thanks for the awesome breakdown! 🙌 Glad you're finding Rico and Cozy so versatile, and you're absolutely right - using them as sound modules with your own grooves really opens up the creative possibilities. 🎶 Totally agree, when the drums are that solid and flexible, why overcomplicate it? It’s all about getting that groove right and letting the creativity flow. Appreciate the insight! 🙏🏼 🥁

They are really Great. I only wish there would be more patterns per title, even if sold seperately.

I really wish there was a company that would make just one module that focused on RnB and Urban RnB. Late 90's and early 2k. Everyone wants to say just use Hip Hop, Trap or Lo-FI drums. Which in its basis are similar. But it is such a different vibe, style and feel. Even more warmer. But I feel like I'm beating a dead horse talking about this. It is a nice product.. It's just frustrating having to decipher which product I can probably use. And the funny part is that Its a lane that no one is hardly making. Easy money, I would think. But I will say is a really great sounding product.

I completely understand your frustration. The RnB/Urban RnB sound from the late 90s and early 2000s is unique and deserves its own dedicated module. I will pass along this idea to our development team. Have you tried Beatmaker DOPE yet? I think there are some sounds in there that are pretty close to the area you're talking about. 🥁

My favorites are "Legend" and "Deep", on the other hand the ones dedicated to electronic music, it's not that at all, the kicks and the snares/claps, the sound details present in these styles, deserve more of your attention, it's not successful in my opinion. I appreciate the great simplicity of your plugins !
