At 21:31, it's a really minor detail, but Chuck saw the 14k$ was unaccounted for in the store, meaning that between Jimmy stealing and his father giving things away and getting scammed, the store had lost that much money. It's never stated how much either person is responsible for from that amount. Chuck is assuming the whole amount was taken by Jimmy, and does not even consider that the actions of his father might have significantly influenced the shops failure, doing exactly the same thing he complains about his parents doing with jimmy in his next sentence.

Season 2: S2: Ep1: Switch Gene Timeline: Gene gets locked in a garbage area, message carved in wall, S. G. Steve Gomez! Jimmy don't wanna work anymore and Pryce does a deal with Nacho and he cuts Mikey off, He then shows up, unwanted. Jimmy likes relaxing but knows he needs to do work. Cancer Man payback He then buys $50 tequilas and Kimmy and Jimmy gets together Pryce then loses his B.A.S.E.B.A.L.L cards that are $18. 25 Jimmy then apparently blows up the place this is in the Beat Rice Timeline S2: Ep2: Cobbler Chuck can't do songs and Kimmer and Jimmers( i'll stop now) relationship keeps blossoming, He then gets cup. Pryce goes in a rant about his B.A.S.E.B.A.L.L. cards and gets angry at Mikey. Nacho embarrassed about stealing Pryce's cards and Nacho uses Pryce Car for parts Davis & Main has to turn electronics off for Chuck. What a dick. And Prycey gets a bit sussy during the interrogation and Jimmy says that Pryce sits in Cobbler Pie. Jimmy fabricated evidence! S2: Ep3: Amarillo Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome tells everyone that Sandpiper is charging people extra for nothing. Chuck tries to do a Micah Bell move on Jimmy and Jimmy wants to get Kim devoted. Mikey then makes food and puts batteries in a dancing pig A windows screensaver is a commercial and Jimmy wants to make a new commercial. The add gets rumpled and Jimmy lies Tuco needs to die S2: Ep4: Gloves Off Mikey goes into his apartment, being richer but with less HP That even his drink can't heal him. Jimmy is then criticized for running the Strauss ad without permission, Cliff then says that this is his last chance with the company. Kim is then yelled at for not warning Cliff about the ad Nacho wants Tuco dead and gives solutions to Mikey but Mikey doesn't want to kill Tuco, instead, He wants Tuco to get arrested instead. Kim is devoted and Jimmy apologises for the shitty yet cool stunt he did and yells at Chuck for devoting Kim Wexler. Mike then bamboozles Nacho by buying A SniperRifle for himself and not to hit Tuco. Chuck pulls the "It WaS HoWaRd NoT mE" card but Jim sees right through. Jimmy defends Kim but Chuck roasts him. Jimmy says he'll quit if Kim is promoted to her older state. Mikey doesn't want to kill him. Tuco is interrogating Domingo a.k.a. Krazy-8 the guy who died instantly in Breaking Bad. Tuco says NICELY! That He busted his car and Tuco beats Mikey's ass and is arrested. S2: Ep5: Rebecca Chuck puts on the electrical devices without flinching. He then prepares Dinner with his wife, Rebecca and Jimmy comes over, telling interesting lawyer jokes. Chuck laughs but doesn't laugh at the same time. He tries the joke on Rebecca but she delays. Cliff wants to be harder on Jimmy. And the annoying Intern lady won't stop going on.
