Beatriz Villarroel, Ph.D., Director of the VASCO project, Assistant Professor of the Nordic Institute of Theoretical Physics in Sweden delves into multiple transients and the search for ET probes.
Presented by Nolan Laboratory and the Stanford School of Medicine in November 2023 at Stanford University, the symposium convened an unparalleled meeting of leading voices from academia, government and industry to collectively drive forward a new academic legitimacy to UAP.
The videos encompass the various talks from across the two-day event, addressing the science of UAP, the potential societal impact, and considering the necessary steps to enable responsible sharing of any information held on the topic. Their release reiterates the Foundation’s message of increased transparency and disclosure surrounding UAP information and regulation; a defining theme of the symposium.
About the Sol Foundation: The Sol Foundation is a research institute that funds and guides scientific research. It produces policy and advisory research aimed at addressing the UAP issue and preparing society for its social implications.

Very exciting. I recall watching a KZbin video with Dr. V approx. 2 years ago when she first started publicly discussing her research and her uneasiness about getting “blackballed” in her field (one where often your career opportunities are based on job insecurity due to 1 and 2 year grants) for daring to research the subject. I am so happy to now see her relative comfort and success!

So, basically: - Beatriz discusses two projects related to searching for extraterrestrial (ET) probes. - She proposes a mind experiment where instead of waiting for UFO sightings, one could use techniques to search for unidentified non-human objects in real-time. - The goal is to detect, localize, verify, and reproduce any findings instantly. - They plan to build a Global Network using Widefield telescopes and high-speed cameras to catch short flashes of light associated with non-human objects. - The focus is on minimizing false positives and searching for specific identifiable signatures from ET probes within a range of up to 150 million kilometers from Earth. - Beatriz talks about the history of searching for extraterrestrial life, mentioning radio searches and optical searches for lasers, noting the absence of positive results. - She discusses her own project involving searching for vanishing stars, where they found strange transients in old photographic plates, potentially indicating artificial objects. - Beatriz proposes a new project called EXO probe to further investigate these phenomena, emphasizing the likelihood of extraterrestrial probes and the importance of exploring new parameter spaces. - The EXO probe project aims to detect short flashes associated with artificial objects, verify and localize them using multiple telescopes, and potentially bring down any detected probes. - The project involves collaboration with other scientists, including exoplanet pioneer Jof Marcy, and utilizes existing techniques for real-time spectroscopy and filtering out human satellites and debris. - Beatriz highlights the need for more telescopes to improve localization accuracy and emphasizes the potential to activate space garbage collectors if ET probes are detected.

Yes, this technology was designed on our planet. 💩👽💩It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthotopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration.🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳

@@dnsswe TR-3B Astra! 🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳There are real UFOs - purely terrestrial technology developed in the USA and classified. I think that in conditions when there is military tension in the world, the appearance of Russian UFO-type reconnaissance vehicles over American military facilities is justified. However, this secret technique, first used by the Americans themselves in 1947, is not super at all... It is not very convenient to use. Firstly, during the operation of high-frequency pulsed railgun cells that make up the motor panels, strong microwave radiation occurs. It (even when shielded by a Faraday grid) has a harmful effect on pilots. Therefore, it is impossible to fly on these devices all the time. Secondly, due to interference, it is impossible to maintain radio communication with the devices. And, thirdly, the lifting capacity of the devices is still small. That is why "flying saucers" are used in secret mode for espionage purposes. However, recently such a spy function has become irrelevant due to the opening of borders and the availability of new technologies (satellite tracking). Therefore, UFOs are rare now. UFO technology has long been copied in the USSR (there were downed spy apparatuses), now this technique is also in China or even elsewhere ... (There is information that the technique fell into the hands of criminals and is used for drug trafficking and in the logistics of black transplantology.) Because of all these events, the secret technology began to be gradually declassified - this is what the Americans are doing now, judging by the media. Perhaps it will be declassified very soon and it will find use in the only (as I understand it) case - as a propulsion system for cargo airships. There, pilots can be located remotely from the radiating panels, and the use of airships will occur in remote areas where interference with the operation of electrical appliances is not so dangerous. I advise you to read Christopher Buckley's book "Little Green Men", which satirically talks about the secret UFO technique and the spread of misinformation about aliens and even about fake "kidnappings" to support the legend. K. Buckley was a speech writer for Bush Sr., he knew many secrets.🤢🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢😎🤢

I am already aware of Dr. Villarroel's work and I like it a lot - the same as I like the bigger perspective presented here. It has a potential of becoming a legacy SETI approach alternative and may serve a couple of other purposes too - like different threats prevention - the idea behind it, not the exact methodology - but the idea of constant study of visible space, with help of AI detection of short-spawn anomalies - alarm in case of a change - instruments calibrated towards a given spectra you want to search - this is great and known in general, it's so good seeing it suggested for search of ETs or any other interesting phenomena - supposed UFOs, whatever. It's really interesting. I remember the whole controversy with a dean or a head of some university in the USA destroying the plates, the whole UFO-lore theory about it and his connection to the government, I've listened to the Dr. Villarroel interview on a podcast with R. Dolan, I do not know what to think about it. If what has been speculated there was really the case, it asks for an investigation - to get to the bottom of what happened - and I suggest you listening to the mentioned interview - with R. Dolan. A famous university/observatory, a famous case of destruction of those plates. There was also a theory of a correlation between the dates of Dr. Villarroel's anomalies and a famous historic UFOs "parade", haha - I really suggest listening to the full interview. Those are all theories, not enough data from my perspective to draw any hard correlations and a correlation is not a causation - but interesting possibility though and an interesting theory, good interview. All in all - the raw data here is great and there may be a lot of possibilites coming from a proposed approach/investments in general - regardless of the supposed UFO-connection - a method itself is great so it should be fully supported.

Fascinating. ❤great work. I always think of that when I am watching the stars: are they all stars? Last year I saw a flashing star. The last light of the day was almost gone, and the stars started showing. I was looking at the sky and the lighting up of stars. Suddenly, one of them flashed slowly and disappeared. The direction was NW. I didn’t tell the others with me, just because I didn’t want to start on the subject. It’s tiring. Then, a few minutes later, one of my friends saw the same thing, but on the SE quadrant of the sky. It was not night yet em when I saw, but completely dark when he saw. My question: couldn’t it be a good idea just to have a device filming the sky 24/7? On places that UAPs are common? Or near people like us who sees them from time to time? In July 22 I went to the cordillera Blanca in Peru. We were at the shores of the llanganuco lake late afternoon, and a neon green ball materialized as it was inside the rock wall, did a zig zag and vanished. It was maybe 2 to 3 m in diameter. 10 people saw it. What was it? And I have seen a little blue probe, the size of a tennis ball flying 1,20 m above ground. It came on my direction, and vanished. What are those things? Elementals? Probes? I would love to find out. Thank you scientists who go on no one else has the courage to go!❤ Like Dr Vallée I will wait science to catch up with our experiences.😉

I can recall a couple of times when I was doing some observations where I was looking at the constellations when I immediately noticed way more stars in certain places than there should be .They weren't satellites and they were locked in their positions for a while Almost as soon as I noticed it and had my wtf moment realizing something wasn't right, one by one or all at the same time they quickly went off in different directions leaving me stunned. On one occasion I was watching the international space station crossing the sky when out of nowhere a small ball of light came up along the side of the station ,kept pace with it for at least half of the transit over my area and then shot off ahead of it and then passed in front of it and vanished .

Because the QM-TIME Completeness local tuning of frequency-amplitudes reciprocation-recirculation integration is subject to the "no cloning" empirical laws of probabilistic quantization, and the same applies to individual human beings in that each and every embodiment of coherence-cohesion is unique in uniqueness, the effect of apparent displacement distribution is to "detune" observation of remote Astronomical objects, so laser light or some finely tuned pulsating stars would vary in apparent brightness according to empirical 1-0-infinity instantaneous spectrum of harmonic tuning. The analysis of Heterodyne and Single Side Band Radio emitter-receiver communications in the Actuality of log-antilog Conformal Field Condensation Correspondence quantization will cover the situation.

Phoenix lights were on live tv, confirmed by the Arizona governor for 30 years, and confirmed by every other polled person in Phoenix. If you dispute the reality of any evidence on the grounds that it does not match your pre-existing assumptions, then I cannot even prove to you the Earth is not flat. @@asynchronicity

This was fascinating, very cool. However, doesn’t the US Government already have multiple satellites that do this very thing she is talking about to detect nuclear tests or explosions? I don’t know if I’m supposed to be saying this actually. Oops!

Unexplained evidence on photographic plates does not imply aliens. Just like unidentified flying objects does not imply aliens.

No offense to the presenter who did an amazing job, but I could swear that I saw a KZbin video of a European man/scientist who pretty much had already done this and verified there are nonhuman origin, objects regularly circling the Earth in repeated patterns. I just can’t remember where I saw the video on KZbin. He was about 60 years old Caucasian. Anyone know what I’m talking about?

There was a lot of atomic bomb testing done through the 1950s. Could the disappearing objects shown on the photographic plates be some sort of debris from these tests thrown into low earth orbit?

In the paper you can check the data. It is pointing directly above Nevada test site where nuclear trials were active. Sadly everyone choses to ignore it..

But dear Beatrix. Why don't you do just a Ce5?? It can be very scary and you better call for entities of the highest love and light. But it is absolutely real. Last time I called 10 minutes for answer about what my soul wants. Or is there something else is what my soul want to experience. Anyone who is able and want to help me. When I layed down for bed I felt waves going through me. I placed my question again and the telepathic answer was: "You are doing everything right." 12 Seconds with a strong impact on your live.
