I think the CliMechs XX is honestly the best final boss thematically for this game. 👏 The fact that a bipyramidal (is there such word?) AI-like machine that gathers materials around it to become any kind of "robot" or machine it becomes...is honestly a good way to wrap up the game.

also, props to the design team, the robot form of climechs actually seems to be made of the other robots. you can see stuff like the trimech crab claws, the snail shell, the mechstructor's crocodile jaw, the catastrophy skull, and the centipede's body integrated into the design.
