Thanks for the video; it was helpful. The original basket makes smooth, sweet expresso, but the Nano Plus basket only makes bitter expresso no matter what I do. Do you have any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? Help, please! Thanks

I would tweak the grind size and make it more coarse. If you go coarser 1 step only and it is too sour, it means your grinder is not sensitive enough. So just do coarser and see.

@@BeatTheBushDIY Thanks for the advice! It turns out that I needed a real coffee grinder. I purchased an MHW-3BOMBER R3, which allowed me to find the correct grind for a delicious expresso, and WOW, I never had such an expresso. Thanks again for the video and advice.

Start with ‘espresso grind’ size for your grinder and adjust from there.

I suppose if you want 1:2 ratio exactly, yes, that can be done.

It's not intended to do tea. Since brew comes out in about 30 seconds, this wont give the tea enough time to steep. Steeping takes 2-4 minutes.

I have red clix, around 20 but the exact number could be deceiving because your zero point can change by 0-4 depending on if the grinder is clean, how hard you close it, type of beans, and freshness of the beans. I just go by feel and adjust based on the last brew.

The puck should've been stronger than that. Examining the puck after does not show any destruction from my handling.
