Main thing I would add after getting to the parking spot for the house would be to add screen panels and Plexiglas ones for the winter months to the deck off the master sleeping area to extend the amount of time they could use it. It could become a 3-4 season room if they added windows and the Plexiglas panels to the bottom half of the rails. Put some insulation under the decking to seal it and help retain the heat from a space heater in the colder months. That would be for me if I was able to purchase a tiny home like this one because I have severe allergies to basically everything outside. Doing this change would allow me to enjoy watching the leaves change, enjoy a rainy day or watch the snow coming down and changing everything outside.

Agreed, the entire point for the majority of people downsizing. If it's the same price as a normal house WITH land, why the H E L L would someone pay that same price for 1/3 of a house without land? As a bookkeeper and accountant for several construction companies, I know exactly how much materials and labor cost! Sure, it may vary slightly from state to state due to different taxes. But not enough to make this TINY house worth that much.

Oh my goodness! This is by far one of the top ten tiny homes I have ever seen in my life! What a GORGEOUS HOME! So functional and beautiful! The deck with sink and wine fridge. Outdoor lighting. Appliances. Accents. Light fixtures. Water filter in kitchen sink. Bathtub with jets. Interior and exterior colors. I want this home! You two did a masterpiece! Edit: Standing in the bedrooms is awesome and the Juliet Balcony! I will be dreaming about this home for months. I need to find a place to put it!

Same, agree, I prefer a neutral base pallette so I can add pops of colour in things like linens, pillows, decor etc that can inexpensively be replaced if I'd prefer to change up the colours. That aqua on all the built ins is too much for me. But the important thing is the owners love it ❤.

I LOVE this home!! I’m wanting a tiny home to put behind my mom’s place so we can each have our own space while staying close enough to help her when she needs it. I moved back in with her 2 years ago after my stepdad passed and we get along just fine MOST days 😂, but we know exactly how to push each other’s buttons at times…plus ALL my stuff from almost 40 years of being out on my own & raising my family has been in storage for those 2 years and I miss my stuff.

I ☺love that it has a solid wood door with a small peeking window, because I hate doors that are mostly made of glass or sliding glass doors. I feel that they are easy to break in to the home or lift glass sliding doors off their tracks and come into the home while you are asleep. Solid doors even only 3 inch thick is hard to break in with out waking the home owner which would give the owner time to arm themselves or hide and call the police👨🏾‍✈️👩‍✈️

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤loved it, you have everything that you need, no cramped space. I would love to see this in a very light green colour. The blue for me was very distracting, but still beautiful. Wish you vere here in Namibia, I would have you build me a tiny home, not on a trailer. This movement really gives hope for the future and your layouts are truly thought through every little step to accommodate all people's needs or 99% of it. Job very well done.

Love the size of this home! My only dislike are open shelves in the kitchen. You mentioned easier maintenance with the counter, and less work is one of my main reasons for wanting a tiny house. Open shelving makes MORE work. They are grease and dust collectors. (That equals nasty grime). Plus, with these shelves, you have to climb a ladder, and either lean dangerously or stand on the counter to take everything off, wash with degreaser, polish with a wood nourisher, because degreaser dries out the wood, then clean, degrease everything before putting it back on the shelves. That is practically a whole morning for this 70 y/o, so that's s a huge NOPE from me, thank you! BTW; the whole color scheme is a hippies beach house dream😂😂😂 😊
