It's so beautiful!!!!! Why would it be demolished? Why wouldn't the bank take it over and sell it? It's gorgeous. And all the cabinets and appliances Why not sell them? Why is the power and ac on in a house that is abandoned? Why not cut if off? Geez poor families that live in a home and can't pay would be cut off so fast! Makes no sense.

Dude if only we could save this ol time piece These homes were built to last for year after year jus have to replace if something goes out, jus to keep an eye for foundation so it can be repared like any other home have repairs:) . Brandon your right on they should have not used regular paint there is 1 that takes care of wood or stones for years without damaging original. People like what they like cant fight that.. Thank you for this explore what a time piece over 200 years still standing and it wants to be someones dream home again:) Love Barbie & Sam FL

Our rented house in germany was old i remember it had those same door knobs and locks. Its a shame they tearing it down. Its a beautiful house

That's a lime wash in the basement Holy dude you really don't like the stucco. Old brick is almost impossible to match and if it's failing, stucco is a classy, affordable solution. I think you must be very young

The trim and wallpaper look way too clean to be 1800s. Someone most likely redecorated or replaced some trim, etc, at some point.

Sadly it’s been bought by a developer who wants to demolish it and build townhouses. Sadly the plan has already been approved and the demolition permit is finalized.
