I’ve made 4 projects from Babylon. They all came out beautifully! And they hold up. I’ve been using the same bag daily for a year now and it looks brand new! The only issue I have is the lack of written instructions and the fact that one needs to watch a video to construct. Most of their videos use poorly translated captions. It’s certainly not difficult to figure out what to do but it would be so nice to have a printed booklet in with the kits. Warning: these bags are totally addictive!

Question😅... How much time did you have to wait for your kit to arrive? I bought mine like 12 days ago and still no info about delivery...

@ I’m surprised that you haven’t a gotten shipping notification. It can take 2-3 weeks until you receive it because it can get delayed by Customs. I suggest sending an email to them. They are very quick to respond! Good luck and enjoy!

Did you place 4 separate orders? I placed an order for one item on Dec 17th and still waiting for it to arrive. 6-12 day shipping…ha ha ha. Can’t say I would recommend them. It took them a week to admit that my order was lost and another 3 days to reprocess my order. I can’t say this is great customer service.

@@alluraromel392 Yes, I’ve placed 4 separate orders. They are shipped from China. Only 1 took more than 2 weeks and that was because it got stuck in Customs here. Whenever I’ve contacted them, I get a response back within 24 hours. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues!

Buyer beware…I placed an order the evening of 12/17 (I’m in Florida). My order was confirmed & website says y-12 days delivery. I received a confirmation email with my order immediately. Note: if you want matching thread vs contrasting thread, note in your order you want matching thread & they will switch it out and confirm. On 12/26 I emailed as I had yet to receive the tracking #. 12/28 received reply they were looking into my order status. 12/30 emailed again as it was 12 days (excluding Christmas). 12/31 received email that carrier lost package and they are preparing a new one. Buyer Beware & I will post when I have more info on my order.

Before placing my order I tried to figure out where this company was located & couldn’t. Typically that’s a red flag for me, but since Laura was happy I figured I’d give this a try. My mom was drooling over the website was as excited as I was about this project. In today’s email (12/31) I noticed Chinese characters. So buyer be super aware and if you do order, stay on top of your order. Keep emailing them for order status if the website is not updating your order with the tracking information. Chinese New Year is coming & the country shuts down for weeks so don’t place an order if it’s 12 days or less before the Chinese New Year. Your package will likely not ship until mid-late Feb. Speaking from experience with other orders from China.

It’s Jan 14th. Order was reprocessed and shipped on Jan 2nd. They use DHL ground shipping. It arrived in Mableton, GA on Jan 10th. Jan 14th DHL arrived in Orlando FL, so it’s getting closer but no matter how you calculate the shipping it’s not within the 6-12 days their website states. Now I know USPS ground takes 3 days to get from Orlando to me. It goes through Ybor City, then Fort Myers, then me.
