I know the mic issues are frustrating, but it it interesting how the music interludes and drone footage mixed in with the first person camera create that epic feel, ala Itchy Boots. it does make it even more massive feeling and impactful mixed in. This trip has been one of my favorite of yours and you've had a slew of them. Keep on doing what you do, as always.
@TheMissendenFlyer2 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree Scott - the drone footage in particular helps put things into perspective, such a shame I couldn't do that in Canada because The Yukon in particular was massive! Pleased you like my tours - I'm just in the midst of editing another for the New Year (though this time I won't publish one after the other as although people said they wanted the tour that way I have also had lots of complaints abut this one going on too long). All the best and thanks for your support and encouragement as ever....

Eastern Montana would be the direct opposite, extremely flat and agricultural, and stretching what seems forever. The Sun Highway was mostly clear 40 years ago-extremely crowded today. Sometimes the secondary roads are the true jewels. Kudos to Mrs. Flyer for her whitty comments. 👍👍🏍🏍🏍🙋♂️

Glad that your weather has held up - at least to this point. 😁 Beware of those thunderstorms though. My riding buddy and I got caught up in one just southeast of Missoula on the I90. It was almost zero visibility from the sheer deluge and we ended up riding at about 25 mph on the shoulder, with semis blasting past us all the while and kicking up even more water. Thankfully, we made it to an underpass (the Montana interstate exits go under the highway - kind of unique) and found shelter til it all blew over. There were also about thirty other bikers sitting underneath waiting for the storm to pass (the wait was only about twenty minutes long). Needless to say, even with our rain gear on, we were absolutely soaked! After reading one of your responses to a comment, I can't believe that some people are complaining about the length of your adventure series. The absolute beauty of all of the places you have travelled make every posting a jewel in its own right! As always, great video!

Granite based asphalt material. Wears the tires down. In the future if you get to take another western tour ride from Lolo Pass down the Snake and Columbia Rivers to the Pacific coast. Along the water the whole way with twists and turns with a view or nearly a mile ahead in many areas. come back over and ride some more. Lot of eagles in the area you are traveling.

My reaction is later than usual but I had the flu and spent several days in bed with high fever. Montana looks great. It looks a bit like the German Alps.
