I usually skip over virtual house tours when one pops up on my feed. But I clicked on yours and I didn’t even think about what I was doing. It felt like a friend was inviting me in. That’s a gift. Earned my subscription!

This might be my favorite breck house I’ve seen so far.

Agreed, this is one my favorite as well. The insane amount of windows highlighting the ten mile range does it for me

Its a perfect home. Just wonderful. And you I like your style of showing a home. You take just enough time to explain everything but don't go over the top acting out. And I thank you for that.

Thanks Debbie, much appreciated. I am excited to keep bringing you this style of content going forward

Anthony, this is the first of your videos that I’ve watched. Now that I’m subscribed, I’m looking forward to checking out your channel as well as the new tours and segments you will upload. Admittedly, I’m a home tour video junkie and have some pet peeves, but my man, this was excellent. Your laid back, unpretentious style is a nice contrast to some of your fellow agents on KZbin, and nice job taking the time to cover the home’s details and nuances. Plus, you showed much more courtesy than a many other agents by slipping your shoes off at the front door. I’m always shocked when I see an agent walking around on beautiful flooring in his/her shoes. Honestly, it’s the easiest task to take them off and demonstrates an extra level of thoughtfulness. Well done all around!

Thank you! I appreciate your feedback and kind words, means a lot to me and I am excited to continue bringing you more value in the form of these awesome home tours 😎
Constructive feedback: Find another word for custom. The whole house is custom built so it’s redundant to repeat it over and over. Learn your materials to describe the finishes. Watch Enez, he speaks to the fine craftsmanship, attention to detail, high-end, bespoke….

Appreciate it, you are totally right. I try to reach out to homeowners and builders for build materials, but no responses in some cases...

Did you know you said ALL the bed rooms were Master Bedrooms? I don't think so. You have one Master Suite and possibly a junior Master Suite and two GUEST bedrooms below. I agree that you need to learn your materials and you need to go to a builder to do it. Go to the place with all the fixtures were ordered from, where the lighting and such came from. and don't say it's custom when it's not. You need to watch Enez and learn about the way he speaks about the homes he tours. I am not impressed with this home because they used gas fireplaces instead or real wood fireplaces, there are no natural materials on the walls and there are way too many houses, cutting off that wonderful view. If I'm paying millions for a home, I don't want to see another house in front of my view, especially when I am in a hot tub at night. Neighbors kids are screaming while playing in their front yard. NOPE!

The neighbors seen pretty close, not a lot of acrerage. Is thiis an HOA neighborhood?
@LivinginColoradoMountains Жыл бұрын
Yes the neighbors are close, but not relatively speaking for Breckenridge. HOA is $150/yr. Happy to set up a time to explain the neighborhood further
@fredaf3700 Жыл бұрын
@@LivinginColoradoMountains no need, I don't understand why people pay thousands or millions of dollars, just to have some committee tell a 'home owner, what color the front door has to be painted. HOAs are scary
@LivinginColoradoMountains Жыл бұрын
@@fredaf3700 a lot of these homes in this neighborhood are only occupied for 2-3 weeks a year so these homeowners are ok with HOA restrictions.

@@LivinginColoradoMountains I see that explains a lot still doubt I'd ever be comfortable with that arrangements

Also there’s hidden benefits to living in a Colorado ski town. Extremely cheap labor you can exploit , not to mention if you own several properties and have always dreamt of being a slumlord….

At this price point, it would be strange not too have it. There are better homes out in the wilderness that have it where it really belongs 😎
