Meghalaya women traditional dresses is very rich in the entire northeast Why I m saying this because all the women from other tribes they give up to wear Thier traditional dresses after getting married to another tribes men,but the khasi,s women never ever forget to wear her traditional dresses at any cost. Otherwise all the traditional dresses of the northeast are Incredible...

I'm from Cordillera Administrative Region, North Philippines , I was surprised that North East India traditional costume has similar to the traditional costume of the Igorot people in Cordillera Philippines most especially the color and designed even the pattern of the costume has similar to the traditional costume of Kalinga people in Kalinga Province, Philippines.

Modern Tibetans keep the purest blood because they never mixed with other races. The people that moved thurtherest mixed more with other aboriginal races and become modern Han Chinese.

In term of Assamese, i think sador makhela can be categorised as Common wear instead of Assamese people since people of Assam are known as Assamese. Cause everyone wears sador mekhela wheather it's mishing, kachari or bamun and kalita.
