Chums I've heard little bit when I went Delhi in 2007....personally I love NE people coz they r smart, fashionable, hardworking, honest people...2014 I was there in Shillong.....I have good friend his name is SUBU TATU he is from Arunachal Pradesh...few north India people r blunt by their brain specially Jatt but not 100% they r jealous from u people.....I'm north Indian but born & brought up in North Bengal.....every college mgmnt. & specially every mucipal corp. of north India should take initiative to relate u guys with north Indian......NE girls r attractive but they doesnt know or they have not that kind of education how handle a girl as a friend

I've heard little bit when I went Delhi in 2007....personally I love NE people coz they r smart, fashionable, hardworking, honest people...2014 I was there in Shillong.....I have good friend his name is SUBU TATU he is from Arunachal Pradesh...few north Indian people r blunt by their brain specially Jatt but not 100% they r jealous from u people.....I'm north Indian but born & brought up in North Bengal, so I've touched with mongolian look nepali people & I've so many Nepali frnds.....every college mgmnt. & specially every municipal corp. of north India should take initiative to relate u guys with north Indian people......NE girls r attractive but North Indian guys doesnt know or they have not that kind of education how handle a girl as a friend......but when I was in Shillong I heard dhakar or something like insulting word like that.....

I believe I explained the oriental looks of Northeast Indians over a year ago to you. Truth is Northeastern Indians are more patriotic towards India than the rest of India put together. I personally dislike Delhi and Delhi-ites as I myself, being from the south, had bad experiences of discrimination over there. I don't know what it is with the people of Delhi...they think they own the country!

We north east indians hv done so much for the country..we have contributed ourselves in so many things for India and have participated in so many wars against Pakistan and China n has given so many lives for the country..we northeast indians hv our own military regiment like the Assam regiment, Assam rifles, Gorkha regiment and Arunachal scouts who defends the country in borders and has fought many wars.. the worlds no.1 woman boxer Marry kom is from north east india.. heroes like Hangpan Dada who was martyred few months ago took down three terrorist b4 he was shot is from north east India..there are many more in such lists but still many of our Indian brothers and sisters don't know who we are..we may look like Chinese or japanese but we are Indians,olwys has been n olwys will be....n thank you professor for being by our side always..we love you

Well it is true in some cases that people from North East get such kinda hateful comments, but believe me, I know the culture and beauty of North Easterners from personal experiences. I have tonnes of friends from Arunachal, Assam, Tripura and Meghalaya who studied with me in Bengaluru and we have made a great connect that will last a long time. They have moved back to their homes after graduation but we still miss each other. Love to our brothers and sisters in the North East India.

Some of the states in North East India are highly influenced by American culture because of the American Baptist Missionaries in the 20th century. The fashion is western,Education is taught in English,Music is very western but we cherish our culture so you'll see infusion of western culture and our original culture. Just like Native Americans. Visit Hornbill festival in Nagaland. You'll find lots of American tourists enjoyng traditional beer and meat.

Movie Community College Oh! Anytime.Infact,you might also find my tribe's history interesting although a scant little attention has been paid to us. Im from the tribe known universally as the Naga Tribe from one of the states of NorthEast India.We were also called headhunters before we were exposed to the developing world and the reason is because Nagas would normally chop the head of an enemy be it a man or a women in battles or in conflicts with other tribes and we took pride in it and brought the heads of the enemy home.Although the last head headhunting was recorded in the 1970s,you'll find human skulls of different sizes in the town halls even today. American Missionaries educated us and converted as much as 90% of Nagas to Christians. My parents were the first generation of our tribe to be educated properly. We weaved our own shawls and were sustainable but we were never cannibals as we fought mainly for agriculture land and hunting ground. Everyone from the Naga tribe is exposed to the modern world and there are communities in the states as well. (a tad bit of tribal knowledge for you guys)

I have been living in Delhi since 1999 every day is a challenging day for our north east citizens in the capital of India, who don't speak hindi and discrimination here in Delhi is endless. We don't actually lack education in the NE states, but compared to the metropolitan cities, in fact, we may not have certain well equipped or advanced infrastructures.One more intresting things about us NE people are...there are number of people who have unique talents and very super fast at learning new things, creative and innovative in certain dynamic ways...only thing we lack is exposure to better oppotunities, otherwise NE states are truly rich in its own diversified cultures within its own community, people with different cultures and customs, and with vibrance of beautiful colours of multi-ethnic attires.... I've heard little bit when I went Delhi in 2007....personally I love NE people coz they r smart, fashionable, hardworking, honest people...2014 I was there in Guwahati, Naogaon, Shillong.....I have good friend his name is SUBU TATU he is from Arunachal Pradesh & Bhargav Nath from Tezpore, Chinmay Barua, naba pallab from Naugaon, Trishanku Barman from Guwahati ...few north India people r blunt by their brain specially Jatt but not 100% they r jealous from u people.....I'm north Indian but born & brought up in North Bengal.....every college mgmnt. & specially every mucipal corp. of north India should take initiative to relate u guys with north Indian......NE girls r attractive but they doesnt know or they have not that kind of education how handle a girl as a friend .....plz dont think too much negative. every issue should be raise peacefully for awareness like this video....not like most of the time u hold the banner & shouting...I'm always with NE people...& we try to raise the awareness by alternative way..like abt this issue without holding any political flag u people should meet PM for future generation.

yes it is true that some north Indians do discriminate us but all though we love our country India.!! .. yes.. like one of my brother said we can die for our country India And many of our brothers have already shown this spirit by fighting on the battle field the against the enemies of india many many times. but still some of those discriminate us which is not worth at all..!! .. please we all have to be unite , have to be stronger to defeat all our enemies . jai hind , jai aai axom.
