I like the old buildings in Germany. The architecture of those germans towns is marvelous. ☀️☔😉I watch those houses and remember the time I visited the western part of Germany some years ago. 😌 The streets look like in a fairy tale, one of my the thoughts is about brothers Grimm and Hoffmann's tales 🏰 The great walk as always! I love your trips! Thanks for the video!🥰

Thank you again for another marvellous visit to Germany! I have never been there but hope to some day. My son-in-law is of German heritage as well - last name is Heinrich. I am so amazed at, not only how beautiful the towns are, you have shown us but how clean they all are. There must be strict littering laws. The town squares are so lovely.. I love your driving videos in the countryside too. Another wonderful time with you. ❤️🇨🇦

One of the best places in the world to visit is old and new Germany. Their auto engineering is the best. Engineering overall is outstanding. Old Germany is Hansel and Gretyl, huge steins of beer, pretzels, food, old world villages. It’s childhood relived for a lot of us. Danke Jörg, dass du deine Kindheitserinnerungen teilst.👋🏼

I love the steeply pitched roofs, half-timbering, and artistic detail that have been added to the facades. It really makes the towns beautiful and visually interesting.

Germany has some lovely villages. Thank you for showing them to us. I live in northern Italy. I know the University of Bologna was founded by a guild of students in 1088. It is considered to be the oldest university continually in operation in the world. But I wonder if China would disagree with that haha. I just read that the University of Tubingen was founded in 1477. I am always interested in the history of universities because I used to be a professor. Now I'm retired in Italy. And I love it! Gott segne euch beide und eure Eltern.

Beautiful and interesting for someone who has never been there .The little towns are clean, orderly and seem quiet. Some buildings in Tubingen and not only, a are reminiscent of Elizabethan style in England and the mediaeval facades are really taking us back to the fairy tales of our childhood .Even the rain was part of the atmosphere...and played its own part...

Oh Kirsten! Thank you! I had planned a visit to Germany to celebrate my 60th birthday. Sadly, the pandemic caused us to postpone. I hope to go someday. My father was German.

Vielen Dank liebe Karin!

Tripe is big stomach if I'm not mistaken - My mother's people were farmers and they let NOTHING go to waste. They raised cattle and swine. I was raised in the town and seeing some of the body parts cooked was not always a welcome site haha. But my Grandma was a German cook and made everything taste good (as long as I didn't know what it really was.

Germany is so picturesque and well maintained. Looks lovely thank you for the time taken to film on your holidays all your viewers and fans appreciate it. Loved seeing the food. I cannot eat tripe for the life of me - my grandmother would always make it and serve with some kind of onion and white sauce - quite revolting haha, a revert rustic old fashioned UK dish from the north of England. The beef with horseradish looks far more tempting :) How quaint the towns are. I do miss not being able to travel in Europe with lockdown here in Thailand we are limited to domestic travel which is still better than nothing. Do enjoy the rest of your holiday.
