Loved watching a man who is in love and obsessed with his trade - we have a local butchers like this and their meat is so good - also two farm shops that are good too - but no really good bakers anymore

I absolutely adore bread (it’s my nemesis really). I can no longer eat seeds, nuts etc as I have diverticulitis - but I love most breads.

Wallpaper from the 70s is the name of the online place where I noticed similarly bold wallpapers, in the menu are sections like art nouveau and scandanavian etc. Around 500 different kinds. I spent a few evenings browsing. The caddy cottage has marvellous wallpaper. It almost looks fairytale lickable. I have a friend who painted her bathroom in that vibrant fuchsia pink and put dozens of colourful art postcards and tiny old books in it. Such a daring colour. I like that Joerg makes the dinner plate a generous amount. And it was so nice to hear an owl. The soundscape of a holiday is so unique to each destination. Bravo to the interior decorators of caddy cottage. Scintillating!

Hallo ihr beiden, ich bin erst kürzlich per Zufall auf euren Kanal gestoßen und war sofort begeistert. Ich könnte euch stundenlang zuhören weil auch die Stimmen so angenehm sind. Die Begeisterung für Tapeten und schönes Geschirr ist echt ansteckend. Und auch die wunderschönen cottages die ihr immer besucht machen einfach glücklich ❤. Leider sind die meisten für mich nicht zu besuchen da ich im Rollstuhl bin, aber ich freue mich jedesmal mit euch zu reisen. Ganz liebe Grüße aus eurer alten Heimat 🥰

I never really knew how lovely the English countryside could be and I'm mesmerized by its beauty.
