Welcome to this pregnancy meditation. This is a guided pregnancy meditation to help with connecting to your baby in the womb. As a hypnobirthing teacher, I love creating hypnobirthing meditation audios so you can relax and bond with your baby.
When I was pregnant I listened to a lot of guided meditations for pregnancy and guided hypnobirthing meditations and they helped me to prepare for a fear-free childbirth experience.
This pregnancy guided meditation is for the first trimester, second trimester and third trimester so listen to it at any stage! Also included in this hypnobirthing guided meditation is a series of hypnobirthing affirmations AKA positive affirmations for pregnancy and birth.
Hypnobirthing affirmations are very powerful as they wire your brain to think positive thoughts throughout pregnancy to overcome fears and to have more confidence in your body's abilities experience a positive birth.

​@@HypnobirthingWithAnja 30 weeks pregnant tomorrow with my first baby :D It's been amazing but hard as well, because my baby was diagnosed with a heart anomaly during the first trimester. It took quite a while to get an exact diagnosis so those were some very anxious weeks. Thankfully it turned out to be something minor and treatable. Discovering your meditations helped my immensely when dealing with so much uncertainty and anxiety, and I'm in such a good, calm and happy place now with this pregnancy. I'm very grateful to you for putting them up here on youtube ❤
