I actually make this but instead of titanium dioxide I use actual powder coconut milk or whatever other powder milk you want...also colloidal oatmeal instead of regular oatmeal (no chunks same result) no tea bags necessary :)

If using the little cotton tea bags, when finished, throw them into the dryer and your clothes will get the benefit of what ever scent was used.

In the opening picture for this video is the bag on the left cheese cloth? That looks so pretty! Have you had any issues using this bag or cloth?

Yes! Cheesecloth. No issues at all!

Thank you for sharing this great recipe! If I may ask, could I substitute Bentonite for white Kaolin, arrow root for corn starch and goats milk instead of whole milk? I apologize for so many questions lol. I really would like to try and make this bath experience and trying to work with what I have on hand 😆
@CreativeBathLab3 жыл бұрын
ABSOLUTELY! Great question! If the recipe calls for a milk, starch, clay, etc. You can add any kind you want & it won’t affect the recipe at all!

Beautiful recipe; sounds so relaxing! May I ask where you got the fragrance oil(s); the scent sounds amazingly wonderful! Thank you so much!

I dont remember which ones I used, but for this tutorial I assume it was Vanilla Lace & Pearls, from www.naturesgardencandles.com/ & Warm Vanilla Sugar from www.theflamingcandle.com/

Thank you for the video! Would using the butters make the bath slippery? And is the titanium dioxide for coloring? Thank you
@CreativeBathLab3 жыл бұрын
You’re very welcome. The butters will absolutely NOT make anything slippery, nor greasy! TD is for making water opaque & white (like milk)

You mentioned that paper tea bags might rip or explode from pressure build up. What would cause the pressure to build up?
@CreativeBathLab3 жыл бұрын
Anything that causes the bag to expand; this can be from reactions taking place & causing the contents to fizz & foam (& build pressure). Like baking soda & citric acid, slsa, etc. I’ve also had paper tea bags rip on me just sitting in a [dry] bowl. These particular paper tea bags contained salts, and salts are a humectant (draws in moisture from the air), so the salts ended up activating the baking soda & citric acid all by itself! The next morning I had tub tea everywhere... I looked closer & saw all the other tea bags bloated & about to burst as well.. I’m thinking this is when I switched to much stronger tea bags (& also revised my recipe) lol. Hope this helps!!!!

Do I need natrasorb if tapioca is an alternative?
@CreativeBathLab3 жыл бұрын
You can use either 1!

Titanium dioxide is an option or must have?
@CreativeBathLab2 жыл бұрын
Totally optional! Just makes water opaque white, like milk!
