I've used it and it did work. I went to the salon 2 weeks after using this system to get a wash deep condition and trim. When I came home, my husband thought I had gone and put a relaxer in my hair. That's how straight and bouncy it was. But it only lasts 6 weeks and reverts right back to my kinky afro texture. 😊

Yeah they work but the point is you are technically not supposed to use a relaxer and heat together cause eventually the hair breaks off and thins out. Or so the hairdressers were constantly advising.

Every 6 weeks I use it. I love it!!! Don't be afraid to put some on you roots. Get a close to your roots as you can with the flat iron. (no pain no gain😅😅)

I’ve used this system now for about 3 years. To effectively straighten the roots, use a pressing comb on the roots. I use a pressing comb to straighten my hair then use a curling iron. Any oil products will work on the hair and scalp. Products with water/aqua will work if you wrap, roll, or pin curl the hair immediately after using the product. Coconut oil works well for my fine hair.

Yea I’ve used it a total of four times (I got three uses out of the box in the video). No I haven’t experienced any breakage. I would say it actually helped in keeping it healthy because I tend to over use heat, with this product I probably only had to flat iron my hair every twos and that wasn’t even to straighten it but to style it. As long as you don’t use too much of the product (that can damage it) and don’t use high heat (anything over 380/400 degrees) you’ll be find. Now it will take multiple washed for your curls to fully revert back to regular so don’t be nervous because they will come back.

I didn’t use any only because the directions says not too and it’s a possibility of cross reacting with the product and making it not work. It’s still a treatment so you don’t want to mix chemicals.

You don’t wash the conditioner out it’s activated by the heat and is what keeps your hair from reverting back until you wash it out.

Because it recommend not using other products I wouldn’t use it on bleach hair. I feel like it would dry it out and make it brittle.

Yes you wash your hair then use the leave in conditioner. If you want to use regular conditioner or deep conditioner, use it before using this shampoo and leave in conditioner.

I think everyone use this product wrong, step 1 is a cleansing shampoo, step A is the Anti reversion shampoo, Step B is Anti reversion conditioner. Step 2 is the leave in conditioner. I could be wrong but that’s the only thing that makes sense to me

You use step 1 and step 2 the first day. step A and B is used for when you have a wash day days or weeks later, but you don’t want your hair to revert all the way back. It keeps it straight during the wash day too.

Lol we used the product correctly and followed the directions. It’s only two steps. Step 1 is wash with the shampoo and step 2 is the leave in conditioner and blow dry. You don’t condition between and the people who do hair reverts back. The additional shampoo and conditioner that comes in the small packages instead of bottles are for your wash days in between if you want to keep your hair straight. That’s why you only get the activating shampoo and leave-in conditioner is the bottles.
