An incredibly smart business woman & entrepreneur! This is one of the first tiny homeowners who explained how she makes a sustainable & lucrative living. Great to see how she transformed this tiny home on her own property & uses it as a rental property. With rental prices skyrocketing & our adult kids still living with their parents who are eventually retiring, this is a great idea for to give your adult child their own personal “tiny home” & rent at a low cost to them once they get established in their own careers. It’s a win -win because you both can live independently & they can learn to be “on their own”, without using 30%-40% of their income to pay high rent to greedy landlords. The only caveat is researching your town codes & permits laws in your county/state, to see if it’s legally permitted in your neighborhood . Great insightful video & beautiful young lady! With that being said, even a 14x40...560 sq. feet is 1/4 to 1/2 of a person's current living space. The advantage of DIY is to keep costs down. You can buy a 100% complete 12x32 for $50k of more.

Beautiful! I love how you designed the interior, so efficient. It's very welcoming and relaxing. Such a great idea. My husband has two Liberty sheds, and I've often wondered what could be done to turn them into a small home. I love it!

Hi 👋🏽 Omg you did such a amazing job on this tiny home. I absolutely loved this showcase. I’m curious to know what your ending cost. My husband and I are looking into adding a tiny house to our backyard as well.

I hit this video by accident when I was going to watch a totally different video not having to do with tiny homes. I decided to watch this anyway and I absolutely love this. I probably couldn’t sleep in the loft, lol, but it serves a purpose. The one thing I would question, like you, is whether to have a stove and oven. I probably would have put in a small apartment size stove with an oven if I were to live there because I use my oven a lot. But your decision to not, is perfect for air BNB. I’m really impressed with your story. Young, pretty, intelligent and successful.
