I love this home. I went to the website and it must be overwhelmed because it’s not loading fast at all either that or it’s not compatible with Apple iPad. I really am so impressed. I’m currently looking for land to build and I have a lot of options for homes including tiny homes and even van builds until my home is finished. Thanks for this home tour.

This home is absolutely gorgeous!! The only thing I kept thinking about was that beautiful wall headed into master, was "that's just more dusting i don't want to do"...call me lazy, but I've raised 5 kids & I'm kinda ready for a more simplistic kind of housekeeping....am I the only one? Overall, a beautiful house, thank you for showing it to us!

Thank you Timothy for touring Schumacher homes! I’ve been wanting to see some of their homes and they didn’t disappoint. This home is beautiful, but I hate shiplap, so that would have to go and a tub in the master bath. You really did a wonderful job with your camera work and showing this home.

Floorplan at 0:33. It's called 'live edge' on the dining table. Would borrow space from the locker area to have more shelves in the pantry. Would try for walk-in closets in the bedrooms. It's a better use of wallspace...

I really liked that you added a few shots where the camera was recording you moving through the home. It really helped give a comprehensive perspective on the actual size and depth of the home. Also the soft music in the background was a nice extra little touch.

Oh my lanta! 😍 This is a dream home! Love the office, the size of the rooms, pantry, cabinets galore (I don't think I have enough to put fill them) & the mudroom. My husband would make part of the basement his man cave. I didn't see a door on the Master bedroom or bathroom...maybe it was just for the show house or I missed it. Love love love it! (I would have to hire a housekeeper 😂)

Hello Mr Livingston! Wowsers! The exterior curb appeal of this home is drop dead gorgeous. My word, at the finishes. Outstanding. Maybe too much white? But, hey, paint is relatively cheap. Need a door on that pantry. Can't have a basement in Florida. Accent wall and hardware is stunning. Killer shower. Love the intro....and outro. Lol. Absolutely wonderful and fun Tour, Timothy. Timothy, wow, you have totally knocked it out of the park with this one! It's almost literally my dream home. Beautiful space, huge generous windows, fine finishes and beautiful built-in touches, incredibly flow and thought put into the design, lovely master suite and bath. Not much I would change except put a door on the pantry. But, I could just imagine relaxing and entertaining friends and family with the house set on a nice lot with a beautiful rear view. Put it on the ocean and it's my ultimate dream. Thanks so much for this one. I asked for a one-story house with beautiful entertaining spaces, a rear view, and rear master and you did it!!!! You've set the bar really high now!!!

Oh my gosh!!! This is the most beautiful home I've ever seen, and it's a modular home at that not a double wide or triple wide. Timothy, the only complaint I have is you don't give the dimensions on this home. I'm a serious home buyer, but I need dimensions to see if it will fit on my lots!!

Love the accent wall in the third bedroom in the master I probably get rid of that accent wall the shiplap is what makes it farmhouse I probably get rid of that and I would exchange those floors instead of that light oak color I would put in black laminate
