Beautifully Handmade G&P Flora 1176 Bb Trumpet in Raw Brass! ACB Show & Tell with Trent Austin

Here is a sweet handmade Italian trumpet we have for sale at ACB, the G&P Flora 1176! The bell on this trumpet is fairly large (5.5 inches) and it's completely handmade with old school techniques. It has a ML Bauerfeind (now owned by Adams) valve block, a wide wrap, a long bell ferrule, and unique brace position. The bracing has a lot to do with how a trumpet feels to play, and the bracing on this horn works great with the larger bell. It's has a very centered feel. This would be a great trumpet for the improviser due to its thick, creamy sound. There's still plenty of pop to the articulations when you want it! We did have a crease taken out of the bell right near the bead (very hard area to remove a crease but it actually looks great), but other than that it's in excellent condition.
