hello Mary! I need your expert advise. I am a hobby baker. I am baking my son's wedding cake. The cake is black so to make my life easier I figured I cover the cake in ganache and I would paint the cake. I purchased some eddible paint and was planning on using a brush but I recently got an airbrush as a gift. Can I dilute rhe eddible paint with everclear to use it with the airbrush? (I bought sweet sticks eddible paint) thanks

Hi! Yes, I have done that before. If it is still too thick, you will just have to keep thinning it down to the point where it comes out of the airbrush family easily. It still might clog a little, so just clean it out and go again. Good luck!
