This song has very much been where I'm at lately. The past year was a major year of transition for me, and I ended up finding some serious areas of fear and hurt. As I was coming into 2018 I felt like God was saying I was coming into a season of refreshment. I've been hearing from him, regularly, about the idea of "garments of praise instead of despair" and this song is one that always reminds me. "Praise for heaviness" because heaviness can't exist in the same space as worship.
