My experience was somewhat different. I use it with a cotton pad for exfoliation. For me, it stings upon application. If I have any active acne it can easily make me bleed as well, so I only use it if my skins fully intact. xD

I'm glad that u like it , it has 0 comedogenic ingredient , so as their cleansing balm they do not clog pores , for me they helped me cleaning my pores

I'm using a serum with 1% bha and 2% glycolic acid, twice a week but I've dry skin since the weather us shifting, so I want to give this a try to prevent sensitivity, should I invest in this?
