My two fave vitamin c serums are the Missha ampoule and vegreen, love both, really helps fade my acne spots and makes my skin glow, love your content💞

Sara, have you tried Vegreen's vitamin C ampoule? It has vitamin C, vitamin C derivatives and Centella as well. I love the ingredients but it applies greasy to me.

I've been using this for the last week and I love it. I was using the bubble vitamin c but had to stop because I noticed it started making my face itchy and slight burning sensation. I was so bummed because it was really helping me with my sun spots. I do think I develop sensitivity with niacinamide because everytime I try products with that ingredient after a couple weeks my face starts burning so I'm staying away from that ingredient

Good review. I like ascorbic acid myself. Would you say the Vegreen Vitamin C Intensive Serum is good? It has Ascorbic acid 14% & Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether 6%. And it has centella. The Joseon product doesn't sound like a sure thing to me.

Thanks for this review Sarah; I just received my C-Glow from Geek & gorgeous and I’m loving it. So light like water (I’m oily skin so it’s perfect). Can I transfer the C-Glow serum into an airless pump bottle??

So happy to hear you're enjoying it! Makes my day to hear! It's so good and I still have yet to find something that I like better. You certainly could transfer it, I find leaving it in the bottle but storing it in the fridge it lasts a long time before going bad so that's something to consider instead.

Yes, niacinamide is safe to use with just about everything. I really wish that misleading study had never come to light because now there is a large amount of people who think combining niacinamide and vitamin C is dangerous. Also, as an aside, niacinamide is in so many products, there really is almost zero need for a standalone niacinamide serum.

Kale tastes better in soups. It holds up well too and doesnt get slimy. Plus too much raw kale and spinach can start to affect your thyroid and cause oxalate build up, potentially leading to kidney stones. I am the weirdo who had to cut down on my raw leafy green consumption - cooking it eliminates or reduces those compounds. Guess who likes to eat in large volume for low calories? 😂

Laminaria Japonica Extract = algae breaks me out badly so I won’t be trying this 😞
