lisa ROXXI sandoval to some one like me, makeup is a must. I have really bad acne and I will be extremely shy without makeup when I go to any event. Despite hearing a bunch of words like “you are beautiful just the way you are” or “you don’t need makeup” you just don’t understand and will never understand how we feel. May be you are one of those with flawless skin so you don’t need to cover it.

Girl you need an assistant to keep everything organized and decluttered. One person cannot do all of this. Impossible. Remove the stress and hire someone. I would offer to help you for free (ok maybe in exchange for some makeup) as I am obsessed wth organizing drawers, cabinets etc but I don't live in CA. I have those same glass knobs on all of my cabinets in my bathroom and I love them.

Sophia 14 : I bought them in a small mom and pop shop in Kansas City, KS when I worked there. Sorry I don’t remember the name of the shop. Maybe google glass knobs. I have seen them made out of clear acrylic too and you can’t tell the difference. Look up handle and knob shops.

Hire an assistant to help you. Before I was a nurse I would help people organize their kitchens and stuff, the person doesn't have to be a professional. Just hire a college student who could use a little makeup and extra money and who you also get along with.

-labeling is SO useful- invest in a label maker, (the Brother P-Touch is a really good option) -make a system with keep/get rid of -do not keep things because you might use them because you won’t end up using them and that’s how things pile up. -use dividers in the drawers to keep things lined up and organized so whenever the drawer gets full you will know to get rid of things to fit in the new ones For your video ideas: -use a calendar to give yourself an idea of when to do what -color code your bins according to the urgency of filming, like green= asap, yellow= soon, red= it can wait. (You can use those small sticker dots for this, these are so good) -whiteboards are a good idea if you need to remember something and don’t have a notebook nearby -declutter the shelves and keep it looking clean and organized EVERYDAY! if you do this chances are it will stay looking nice and organized Fridge: -Keep ONLY beverages, no food. I know she might not read this, BUT this could be helpful for someone else. I love organizing and labeling and I love sharing tips. Happy Organizing!!

Yes, yes, yes to the label maker, and another thing that would be very very useful for someone with a lot of make up is putting on a label with the date you opened the product, so you won't have to wonder if it's expired if you haven't used it in a long while.

After reading many of the comments, it sounds like some may feel Tati is being ungrateful at times in this video. I personally do not feel she is being or sounding ungrateful. IMO she sounds a bit overwhelmed at what to do with it all. She could never try out all the products she gets free, and she knows that. So, she puts them away in drawers for now. Out of sight, out of mind...until she opens a drawer. In the real of things, I’m pretty sure Tati realizes she’s very fortunate and blessed to have a cushy job that she truly loves. She was just letting us in on her life more by showing us her “collection” behind the scenes. Thank you for that Tati. Now girl, hire you a good professional organizer and film it for us to see. True. My husband works from home (self employed) and he constantly gets overwhelmed with paperwork and filing( he does all his own billing). So it makes sense she would end up having too much makeup... I mean it IS her job. People who don't know need to lay off.

Tati, I have a shop closet also. However (idea I know it takes time, but it's really fun!) I go to women's shelters or a highschool, etc. I ask the employees there who has a job interview coming up or what kids need things for prom, etc. Then (with permission from parents if it's a highschool kid) I sit down and talk to those girls. Find out their likes, skin issues, colors they are drawn to, coverage they like, etc. Then I "go shopping" in my closet and take them a full face of makeup and then some that will suit them! Their faces always light up! Usually I always offer to help them for their special event or interview etc and do their makeup. It's a way to help others, see their faces, and not keep as much. The rest I do giveaways and friends and family. The hardest part (and I know you feel me on this) is "what if I need to compare for a dupe?" That's where I struggle. But my used products I never give away unless it's close family or friends anyway. So it's either keep it for reference purposes or trash it. Usually I end up keeping it. That's my biggest mess area in the studio!
