I'd be so anxious if I had that much makeup. I would have to make a spreadsheet with the location of each item and update it every month if I got new makeup. Maybe categorise my makeup by brand, and by product and then colour! I would go full OCD!

None of this is envy worthy or impressive once you realize that it’s all likely expired or soon to be expired. There’s no way he alone can go through all this in 1 or 2 years, which is the shelf life for almost all makeup.

That’s what I was thinking. It all seems so wasteful. I’ve had max two foundations at once and only bought the second a year after I bought the first. I have one mascara. Like 5 eyeshadows that I will keep until it breaks me out and two blushes. This is insane to me

100% transparency…I’ve been guilty of doing the same I’ve had so much makeup go bad and since the pandemic and mask wearing I’ve stopped wearing makeup completely and have been loving it

If you have a dollar tree or daiso I highly recommend their drawer organizers. I have one under my sink just for my tiny polish collection and it fits my polish remover and like 5 polishes. I bet you could fit more without the polish remover.

I have a pretty large makeup collection, I'm fortunate enough I bought with my own money and everytime my BF complains about how much makeup I have I always turn around and show him a video like this reminding him that beauty KZbinrs and influencers have to have a whole entire room dedicated to just their makeup. Question- are all that makeup just for himself orrrr he used them on other persons as well cause they looked like they are personally for him alone based on the tones and shades he showed?? Plus it makes sense he would accumulate a lot of makeup over the years being a beauty influencer and makeup artist as well ....makeup can be addicting as well... cause once a brand release a new product and its good... you feel like you gotta own it as well so your collection keeps growing over time

You also have to think about PR. Brands send so much product to big beauty influencers so that it can feature in videos. With Patrick’s huge media presence, he’s gotta be getting dozens of boxes per month.

I had a big makeup collection once, but then had to throw away soooooo many!!!!! Because it was expired and so much money wasted thrown to the trash and makeup is not cheap!!!!! I mean high end makeup, so I stopped being bougie 🤑 😂... I only have one (big makeup bag) and I refuse to buy anymore makeup til I "need" it and im running low on foundation or maybe a lip stain. Im not rich so i can't afford and refuse to throw away hundreds of dollars of expired un used makeup. In this case looks more like thousands of dollars. I hope he lets his entire team go in there and say ok everyone grab a something unused/ unopened before it expires. Overall: no hate at all , I love 😍🤩his makeup collection but I hope he does give ALOT of it away instead of throwing it away and let it expire.

Talk about product placement. If you ask me, the man is more a brand owner than an influencer. He can't do 30 seconds without shoving his brand into your face.
