I’ve tried a few of the L ascorbic acids and found the serums to cause my already oily face to get even more oily. I’m going to try the one you are using to see if I can get the same brightening effect with this product without the oily break through. Another great video!

If it was the Nivea concentrated serum I use that as the last product on at night only right on my eye bags (or upper lids, turkey neck or along the jawline)-- anywhere I want to "shrink" the fat and tighten. Hi Anne, thank you for the information packed video! I love so many of the products that you do. It Cosmetics is truly amazing, a perfect combination of makeup and skin care. I love that it has a 50+ physical only sunscreen, as I'm allergic to the chemical sunscreens. I also use the IT navy blue liner and use it the way you do for the upper water line. I'm not sure if you've tried the Becca mousse cheek color, but OMG, it's amazing! I have been a fan of the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores translucent powder, it's so elegant and it's like shine insurance for me. Anne I would love to see an updated hair tutorial. @ Wendy...Its great that people are finally using a PHYSICAL sunscreen, not a chemical one ! However, theres NO SUCH THING as anything effective over 50 + SPF. This is something I learned from a friends Dermatolist, its an untruth, more like a " marketing ploy"...dupes the public . I use Sunscreen everyday, even on my hands and tha alone will make a big difference in how your skin looks. :)

I had read bad reviews about the no tug it eyeliner, which i think is gel. I finally ordered it after buying other eyeliners that didn’t work. I love that eyeliner it is so easy to apply, easiest I’ve ever used. To me the complaint about it smearing is not true. So glad it didn’t smear. You. Recommend so many products, I’ve had to pick and choose, but the ones i choose are great. You must have a large storage space in your bathroom. I’m now using all of the oils on my face. Tomorrow i will try the heated spoon. Still having great difficulty with the castor oil sticking on my scalp. Want it to work, but the oil is so thick.

I love the no tug liner (especially in navy which to me is the best one as far as not transferring and lasting all day) I'm so glad you like that liner too! I hope the spoon curled lashes works well for you! When I use castor oil on it's own it is more difficult to wash out than when I mix onion oil with the castor oil (both are great for hair growth so mixing them is good) that helps to thin out the castor oil a bit. I have...I've tried the ones with the separate loose fibers and they got in my eyes so I tend to stick to mascara with the fibers built in ;) I have tried other fiber mascara brands I just prefer the l'oreal one best. Definitely worth trying other types to see what you like best. xoxo

You had written me before to state that you really like using navy liner on your upper eye lid area. I wandered you prefer that over brown. Does it bring out your eye color better. I can tell you have blue eyes and i myself have brown, actually hazel. I’m debating whether navy is a good choice for me or brown. Yes, I just played around with what I thought might bring out my eye color best. I do change it up every so often and try different colors. Right now I am using a light purple on my lower lash line and then just a thin line of black eye liner on my upper lid and skipping any liner in the water line. I have a video on making blue eyes pop which I also talk about other eye colors as well. Basically if you look at a color wheel and go with an opposite color liner or shadow to your eye color it brings them out. Lots of love to you xoxo

Before I got the artis brush I just used a real techniques foundation brush and it worked great too. I rub most of it in with my hands and then just really buff it into the skin with a brush (any foundation brush) or even a beauty blender sponge to just press it into the skin. Lots of love xoxo

Hi Beautiful Anne....your makeup is always spot on...you are so lucky your gorgeous eyes do not need eye shadows..and look smashing......mine do and liquid liner is also must....I have noticed you do not use separate SPF lotion...as much as I use BB cream with spf 30 I have to put spf 55 under it..otherwise I am getting a tan...and sun spots...Just watched Wayne Goss about foundations always going to lines...he is kind of right....BB creams are ways to go...I use PF Argan one and love it....it plumps the skin if nothing else....Argan oil is my new discovery...it realy is great at nightime...mixed with Rosehip seed oil..got both at Marshals.....love it....and yes to that Olay face brush....I love mine for spreading baking soda on the face and sbrubbing it...also taking some clay masks off...do it in the shower to eliminate mess...nib and fab has got nice glycolic pads to use after cleansing at night...Have a wonderful night.....huggs...Jana

I haven't tried the butterfly mascara but have tried the paradise, but still prefer my false fiber with does give a thicker lash look (I like the false lash look but don't want to bother with falsies). The deep wrinkle peptide serum is a light moisturizer so I use that in the morning. I have my evening skin care routine video as well that shows all the items I use at night. I get my spf in my cc+ cream (spf 50) but if I use a different foundation then I like to apply sun bum spf 50 (for the body but works great under makeup) xoxo

Anne, do you apply it- Cosmatic CC on your under eye areas? because whatever I use makes my under eye lines or wrinkles worse!

I avoid the area right under my lower lids down to my orbital bone otherwise my lines and wrinkles look worse as well. I do that little trick with the qtip to wipe any makeup that has migrated to that area and apply a little moisturizer to help soften the lines. The only place I put makeup closer in from my orbital bone is the inner area where I put a little concealer and then my upper lids. Lots of love to you xoxo

No I use it at night, I mix it with my retin a, retinol or retinaldehyde (whichever I'm using that night). I think it was listed under some of my favorites that I always repurchase. Thanks Ann-Marie! I never use to use a toner until I used a product that said to put on after you cleanse and tone your face. So I looked into that and purchased a spray on toner. My skin is a little dry and I have a patch of dry skin right about where my cheek bone starts on both sides of my face. I don’t know why that is so I try to reapply moisturizer there often. My toner has Coneflower & Licorice Root Extracts that tone & brighten skin. Who knows, maybe that’s it. You enjoy your weekend Ann. Thanks again for just being you 🙂 xoxo

Ann, I know you mentioned you struggled with under eye bags and wrinkles. Have you found that your diet and sleep habits effect those?

Sleep yes. I still can get a little puffiness under the eyes if I don't sleep well. Nothing really has an effect on the wrinkles I get when I smile though other than if my skin is dry they are worse ;) I used the nivea on the bags and they went away (I only have slight puffiness if I don't sleep well when they use to be double eye bags before using the nivea so that problem is solved). My diet has always been the same (no major changes) although I could always eat healthier ;) Lots of love xoxo

I think finding the right foundation is the difficult (shades more than formula). It's good they (and now most all stores that sell cosmetics) allow returns on them even after they are used and tried out since we can't always tell if it will work for us or not without giving them a try. I don't typically wear lipstick but do wear lip gloss (mainly plumping gloss) and love several different ones. Some of my favorites are from soap & glory (their 3d gloss stick or sexy mother pucker gloss) also I like some shades of buxom glosses. I would say the soap & glory is my favorite though. I use to use violet and navy as eyeliner, but when i looked back at pics, i didn’t like the look. I prefer to stay with brown. I wanted to know when you line your eyes do you every place the color in your water mark area. Think that is what it is called. The area closest to your eye. It looks good, but i think an eye doctor would not be so pleased about that. But it does look good. I noticed that you contour face with bronze or brown. I can’t imagine putting brown on my face besides in the eye area. Too me the face looks better with pinks, and rose colors rather than brown on the cheeks.

Sometimes I do put liner in my waterline (that area of the lid closest to the eye) on my upper lid only. Most times I don't bother with it there anymore (I agree eye doctors probably don't like it). Definitely the key is to find what you like best on you. I go through phases where I like to contour and then phases where I don't. I do always use blush on my apples of my cheeks though to add a little "life" to my face ;) Lots of love to you xoxo
