I love the Alice doll! Definitely have to get one of those, even if I prefer jointed dolls. I love that these collection videos are basically slideshows, where you hold up a doll, say how much you love them, and then quickly move on to the next one. It is incredibly amusing to me. I also find it super delightful that you seem to favor long-haired dolls. Have you ever thought about growing out your hair yourself?

I loved my dancing gypsy esmerelda doll so much! Between the Tyco Little Mermaid and Gold Belle doll, dancing Esmerelda was my favourite. The layers of colour and fullness of the skirt made it so much fun!

You're right about the drop in quality :/ I worked in a Barbie museum gallery years after I'd stopped playing with them, and the dolls available for interactive play were so basic and felt cheap. Granted, I'm sure the museum went with the cheaper ones since kids play so roughly, but still there seems to be a difference.

My favourite doll is Megara. All Disney dolls from the ninetees are the most beautiful ever made! That is why I am looking forward to the new Mattel Disney collection.

6:00 as a child I used to have this Ariel doll she was my favorite doll ever, unfortunately her arm broke and I cried for days 😭 I saw her tail in the thumbnail and clicked Recently my mom gave me a box with some of my old doll stuff for my child to play and her tail/dress was there! In there also was my red qipao Mulan, neck broken and one shoe missing... I don't collect dolls but that old box filled me with nostalgic joy, and now my child loves to play with them too 💕

I like watching your videos I used to have a lot of the Disney princess dolls when I was little. I had the Jasmine jewel one, Belle in the gold dress, dancing Esmerelda and Sleeping Beauty too bad I don't have them anymore.

I remember going to see The Little Mermaid and Aladdin at the movies when they came out. I didn't have these dolls but I remember having paper dolls of Ariel and Jasmine. 😆

Tyco Ariel and the Belle in the gold dress (she came in a set with her other outfit) were two of my first Disney dolls. Belle taught Barbie how to read and Ariel taught her to swim better although Ariel would NEVER share her tail… I had many great adventures with them ❤️

Its so crazy to see these, from my own childhood as well=) I had/have the first Belle one you showed in the video, had the first Snow White you showed, had Kida, had Esmerelda, had Tarzan's Jane, had/have the inside out Sleeping Beauty, had the Alice in Wonderland, had the vintage Snow White but only in the peasant outfit, had the basic Sleeping beauty and possibly the basic Cinderella from the same line...I DID have a Cinderella but I felt like the dress was a tad more fancy. Also had the Jasmine waterplay doll and actually coated her hair in lotion lol, I don't know what 4 year old me was thinking lol=) I also had a few Pocahontases, a Wendy, Queen Padme from Star Wars and Giselle in the white dress from Enchanted=)

At one point I had all of the tyco little mermaid dolls, including the weird looking one that came out with the movie release. I even had singing Ariel which was submergible and sang clips from the movie songs. I loved that toy to death! (Sadly, mine died and the lowest it sells when I can find it in box in the 400 range) so, those happen to be my favorite. The Mattel line is ok but I didn’t grow up with those. I think when we collect things like this a lot of people tend to gravitate towards things from their youth.

Thank you for the walk down Memory Lane! I have all the Pocahontas dolls, Ariel ( Tyco and Mattel) 1992 Belle, Alice from Alice in Wonderland, the basic Mulan doll, and all the Aladdin dolls. Mattel always did such a great job with Disney characters, etc.. Unfortunately, those and all my other dolls are in storage at a friend's house, and I'm unable to even get to them at the moment 😔 -sigh-

I didn't know that the mulan doll I have, is considered vintage...😭😅I am the same age as you!❤️ You didn't include Eilonwy, but I don't know if they ever had a doll line?! The enchanted Christmas was an amazing film, I don't understand why it has so much hate on it... If you can tell on a video your opinions on the 3 animated movies and show your whole collection of Belle & P. Adam (Beast) dolls... would be nice...

I got one of the tropical splash dolls at a garage sale for like 1 dollar and I played it in are pool when I was little. I just realized that she I worth a lot and kind of mad that I played with her in the pool.

the anastasia dolls are so amazing, im so jealous! it was one of those movies i think i watched so much it drove my parents crazy when i was little. also, you could probably fix li shangs eyebrow smudging with some acetone (nail polish remover) and a little q tip or something! :3

I love the Disney movie Atlantis, I didn't know they made a doll of her. I want Milo (what an icon of Michael J Fox)♥♥♥ Anastasia is also another favorite ♥ not a fan of the ice skating, I prefer more movie related outfits. I love all the underrated characters, especially from Mulan, Tarzan, Hunchback, Aladdin, Hercules, and Enchanted. Alice 11:45 looks smaller, like Skipper child like

In the 90s there were a bell and jasmine special addition Christmas dolls the bell doll was from the the enchanted Christmas movie and the jasmine doll was in green velvet I know I own the bell doll not sure if I ever got the jasmine one but I feel like I did

Those dolls are so pretty for my birthday I'm going to get every single Disney princess doll by Mattel and then for Christmas Hasbro and Disney store and it wants me and my grandparents move cuz that's where I live with them I'm going to get some more Disney store dolls because I've been leaving comments to them asking them to make doll movie items like every single Disney princess movie series and shorts I have Disney store KZbin channel to make all of these and they get released on the 30th of this month I'm so excited I got lots coming for the 30th of this month I'll let you know when they come out so you can review them
