I'm literally trying the egg/olive oil hair mask right now. I've mixed them together, put it into my hair, wrapped it in cling film and even put my heat cap thing on top. I've let both on for almost an hour. Going to take the heat cap off but take the cling film off tomorrow and wash tomorrow.

It’s so funny you just posted this video! For the first time in years I made a Mayo and put it on my hair a few weeks ago. I thought I got most of the eggs out with ACV rinse before washing it. The water wasn’t very hot when I began washing. But my water for some reason gave me a huge surprise of hot water on my head. When I got out of the shower, I had eggs baked into my hair - even from a home made Mayo! I had church that day. And I kept asking my husband to look at my waves and see if he saw egg chunks. In the end, he said it just looked like dandruff. I was okay with that. I had to pick my battles. 😂

Aw, Haha...Omg, That's so funny! Yes, I have to agree the egg whites when not beaten well with the yolk are so hard to remove off the hair and they do look like dandruff when it dries off. That's why adding oils prevents the egg from sticking to your hair strands. I do understand your struggle. Hehe...

Europeans add cinnamon and sugar to their eggs mask and it will literally make your hair grow within a day!. Trust me i did it to grow a pixie cut that was bleached. So i saw my roots coming in really fast.

I once tried this years ago with just eggs and no oil and the heat from my scalp ended up cooking the egg! I was left with scrambled eggs on my head and it was hard to rinse out! 😂

Yes, except that Mayo is a lot easier to remove vs this. Because what I forgot to mention was the little residue from this treatment that was kind of hard to remove. Hehe...

Hehe...I feel you. Surprisingly, this combo doesn't' smell bad. If you're like me I'd rather eat it instead of putting it on my hair. As I've said, eggs are rich in protein and biotin which are great for hair growth. :)

You can increase the proportion of the oils or add some essential oils to it, to tame its smell. :)

You can add lime juice. I add about 1 lime's worth of juice to cancel the smell and it gives you shine.

hey i have heavy build up on scalp and tried everything acv baking soda aloe flax seed scalp exfoliator everything didinot work out when ever i scratch my scalp with nails i can see oily mud type thing what can i do plz help

Try using a clarifying shampoo and avoid applying oils or masks on your scalp for awhile because build ups usually happens when the oils/hair care products you put on your scalp are left longer on the scalp or is not washed out properly. This happened to me once when I used leave oils for too long on my hair & scalp. :)
