I live in Arkansas with beavers! Love watching your videos! Request, can you make a video showing how to set a 330 on the ground, not in water! Wanna see exactly how you place the sticks for different sets? Also, setting the foot holds! You are so quick and efficient , I can’t see exactly how your locking the trap! A foot hold trap is not a toy I wanna practice on with out a detailed description! Thanks

If you trap...you expect to fall through the ice ...rivers are never safe....beaver runs can be anyplace...always dangerous around feed piles.....muskrat houses have thin ice around them.....I learned to always expect to fall in....know how deep the water is ....know when to wait for better ice....stay safe everyone and Happy trapping...

If I caught a muskrat in my beaver set, I'd be celebrating! So few of them here. And yes, I did catch some years back when I was on a creek that actually had some in it. Mink in 330's too.

Always thought of trapping through the ice with 330s. But I don't have lakes in my area that have beaver activity on them. My creeks don't freeze solid even with beaver on them. So I switch over to trapping coyote and fox and when fox season ends, I start trapping "Spring" beaver.

Just started trapping! Caught one 50lb female beaver a 3 snapping turtles! Scared to death to release live snapping turtle! Not fun!
