Quite a balancing act, nice job with not much room for error, that looked like a long fall down to where those frizbees were going. You earned your pay on that stick. Thank you sir, saw cutting nicely.

Super awesome job as always. Saw seems to pull hard. I can’t wait to get it. Got some 6’ dbh eucalyptus to fall with it. If anyone out there is contemplating using jack to build a saw you will not be disappointed, I have 6 now and not 1 fault to date. So rest assure he is very good at building saws and a good guy to boot. There is only one downfall which is your teeth will be full of chips because your smiling the whole time your cutting with it. Lol Thanks jack

Have you happened across Bjarne Buttler on KZbin. Pleasant young guy felling big trees in some of the most beautiful scenery. Worth a quick look if you're not already familiar with him. Regards from Scotland.

@@CatDaddySteve wow, all the teams out there are punks, who'd'a thunk it? Why does Nor-Cal have young trees? Did someone kill the biggies? Wouldn't young trees grow big if they were left? Felling trees is a snake eating its own tail. You can argue but things are going to die when a nation wants wood. Do you think the government that licences felling doesn't know what it is doing? Do you think they don't have to answer to environmentalists? There is a plan, maybe not to the taste of all but there is a plan.

Brian hi. Mr. Green. Built a saw for him 7/8 years ago. Built some others (featured in various video) since then. Younger guy that's not an egomaniac. Very thoughtful in the bush. Over time, we became friends. He wanted to learn some more of the nuance of falling redwood timber. We partnered up for a tree killing spree on the NorCal Coast this summer. I think that I've been able to to show him some of the little bit that I know. I've been able to show him a "whole lotta" of what not to do, lol. Thanks for watching.

Patrick hi. I've been pondering your statement. Cannot say I completely, and/or, totally agree. It's an application "thing" from my perspective. Certain saws possess better attributes in different applications. Raw power, the 395 beats the 661. Or 066/660 for that matter. It's indisputable. Not up for debate. Not up for caveats. There are other places were this holds true. Although I can appreciate your vigor, I'm more about the bar length that is needed in a certain strip, the wood density that your up against, and what a guy is dealing with on the ground from the physical perspective. Those factors determine the best saw choice in my opinion. We may have to agree to disagree. Thanks for watching.
