Hey David I deal with these Karens too and have learned there is nothing we can do to fix stupid because stupid is FOREVER. It’s a life sentence that we can’t do anything about no matter how much we try. All we can do is BLOCK each and every single one 🤪and go about our lives. But I do pray for them because I know that squirrels are smarter than them and THEY get hit by cars and I just dont want them hurt or killed but I cant waste my time trying to fix what cant be fixed. 😂 Love your channel and truly appreciate you David! God bless and watch over you and your family.

This was one of your best episodes and must have involved many hours of editing. It is amazing how so many think they are both civil engineers and environmental engineers sitting behind a screen!! This episode showed in great detail the thinking and planning that is involved in your work and how you have to devise a solution to a given situation. Your work involves trying to create a hard reality between the landscape and those who live in it. Thanks as always.

Awesome episode of the Yawt Yawt Show!! Mahalo for the very educational show about how Beavers are a nuisance. Beavers are really smart when comes to damming up the right places to make trouble 😂. I understand how they damage roads with their dams causing flooding. I get it how trapping them is a necessity to avoid these dangerous flooding and road damage!! Keep up the great work and again Thank You for all you do to help us who don’t deal with Beavers understand what’s going on!!

David it’s easy for couch critics to give an opinion on what they don’t understand, have to deal with or agree with due to ignorance. Folks who live in their own bubble are at times the most challenging to enlighten. I salute your efforts to educate. Here in oklahoma we have pigs, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons and feral dogs that destroy our wildlife habitat. Which in turn drastically affect our turkeys, deer, quail, rabbits and other small game animals.
great video buddy glad you can help educate people that don't know God bless

Everybody complaining about you trapping needs to adopt a beaver and take 'em home. There truly are way too many people being anthropomorphic! David, ever watched a Post10 on YT? Nice young man who is all about opening culverts and confounding beavers. He knows all about beaver deceivers and culvert cleaning. You might find him and his work interesting. He has to edumacate people too. Hope you got that change of clothes in the truck. I'm 75 and can still hear my mother in my head saying: "you can always take it off, but you can't put it on if you don't have it." As a kid sent off to play for the day; I always had a 'roll' on my saddle. You bet. And I learned to wear hats... Are beaver tails used for anything?

Great information today. I think that the trouble people today have is that growing up, in school, we're taught that the beaver, here in North America ,were trapped to almost gone by fur trappers to fulfill the Greedy money men making profit on the animals' fur. Not landowners keeping their properties kept up by trapping animals causing problems on their ground. They get caught up in the" save the beavers" mentality and don't realize that that era is history. Keep up the great work!

Hi David .. Beavers engineer their environment as you know .. the changes can be distructive as well as add biodiversity.. Back in the 1600 Europeans made hats with their pelts .. they are also a food source.. they are the Largest Rodent in N America and live 10 to 12 years with kits once a year of up to 4 ... I`m from Canada and we have their image on some of our money because dead ones became part of the fur industry very lucretive .. And we still have plenty of Beaver .. folks just re-think the beaver .. I do not think most nay sayers want one in their back yard 😂 Peace out
