We used to have deer flies when i lived in Michigan and they were terrible! It pinches when they bite! I was so happy that when we moved to Texas there werent any deer flies!

I'm so sorry about your siatic pain, I feel for ya. you can't explain the shooting pain down your leg and back. injections help in the early days of treatment but Ultimately I had a slipped disc and required a fusion of lumbar 4 and 5. I didn't have a physical job but it all stemmed from a surfing injury 35yrs before 😢 sucks to get old. I try to tell my children to be kind to their bodies, it comes back to haunt you if you don't. David, if you haven't had an MRI get one ,demand one if you have insurance. don't press your luck and slip a disk if you don't have one already. Reat, ice, get another injection, hopefully CT guided and do what they tell you to so you can avoid a surgery that never puts you %100 back. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST, 😊
