Oh some of them definitely but it’s probably more of a spectrum. Couple years ago me and my folks stayed at a family friend’s house and he sadly had become a hoarder after his wife passed away. It definitely wasn’t to this extreme tho. Areas of his home he’d regularly use like the bathroom, living room, bedroom and kitchen were fine with maybe one or two things out of place but room he didn’t go in were stuffed with random objects like dvd collections, plushies, books, random electronics, etc. but nothing dirty or gross. It’s sad since he’s a nice guy and an amazing cook but it’s clear the passing of his wife gave him a lot of trauma and he really just needs somebody in his life to give him stability.
