Samhwa sounds a bit lik like "somewhere"... A bit of googling later, it is South Korean, they to have an office in Germany apparently. If not repaired there are probably quite some nice parts in it. Like quite a chunky toroidal transformer for linear power supplies. And a handful of maybe slightly cooked transistors ;)

das sind doch keine mosfets?! 2n3055 standard oldschool npn's usw. (mos)fets findet man eher in schaltnetzteilen würde ich sagen. :P das cps275 hab ich auch; gehen gerne die brückengleichrichter kaputt. schaltbild hast du? sonst sag bescheid! ;)
