thanks I will practice this. I wish you would have played some of this jazz over a standard to see how it sounds in real life. so many videos demonstrating a technique like this but then the instructor doesn't show how it sounds over a tune. Not being ungrateful, just trying to share and give feedback,

We need practical applications-over a blues, rhythm changes-an exercise is a starting place but not musical
