@@Ghost-fn7rd For one thing, this is not really the same because mine was a "Stupid Arena" comment while yours seems to be a "stupid Chris" comment. But more importantly, was there even ever a situation where he had multiple conundrums AND multiple wildfire? Cause ONE wildfire and multiple conundrums does not do anything. It's a Sorcery and usually your opponent will not have had any other land enter on your turn so the first wildfire will trigger none of the conundrums

Orvar has a hilarious combo that I think you would like--you can play him with Mythos of Vadrok to target 5 of your own creatures/planeswalkers for 4 mana. I've been running this in Temur giant tribal and it's really amazing at breaking through board stalls, not to mention that being able to split up 5 damage across any 5 targets for 4 mana can let you clean up bad trades even without the combo. Orvar benefits from all the giant tribal cards and also enables some of your removal cards (e.g. it summons another Beanstalk Giant when you use Ram Through to remove an opponent's blocker).

The great part about cleansing wildfire and orvar is the ramp you get when you target your own lands. Especially if it’s the land you tapped that gets targeted as the copy produced comes out untapped.

Actually got the idea for the jankiest combo ever that even chris wont play : Vorinclex + nine lives + something to give vorinclex to the opponent, because of vorinclex you can't put counters on nine lives so you can't die xD

In that match with JacktheStripper you could have won when you were doing the math. You also gain life when a creature attacks, so you just had to attack with 11 creatures.

You should really try a deck with ozolith + vorinclex + netheroi + bunch of 0/0 that come with counters (like yorvo). Playing the clex and then moving (and doubling) all the counters on the ozolith to hit with a 30/30 trample haste seems quite fun

@@HanHorlings not really, its the opposite in fact. Either they deal with your board and risk the counters going on ozolith and possibly give you a fat clex. Or they die from yorvo and hydras. And even if they kill everything you always can bring back a full board with nethroi.

it would on the second wildfire. Your allowed 1 land per turn. problem with wildfire is you need to do 2 on your turn to get any real value with the conundrums.

@@pyredynasty That may sound good because he's indestructible, but he's no Slippery Bogle. Having 4 cmc means you'll either do more or less nothing until turn 5 where you can enchant it, or you'll spend that time enchanting something else. Even then, there's plenty of answer for him that could exile or bounce him to ruin your day, not to mention he can't even block and has no built-in evasion. His big upside is that his ability works on other creatures as well, that's why it would make much more sense in a deck already filled with creatures your opponent won't want to block.
